We have reviewed the claim from *** *** Our staff did speak with *** *** and we would be more than happy to send her a new tool if she has the toolWe would need to verify the authenticity of the tool to make sure it is our productWe did tell the client this on the
phone, we would be more than happy to replace the tool is she had the tool in her possessionWe strive to make to make sure our clients are satisfied but with out any back up we can't send the product out

I will never purchase another Chi product ever again and will share on my Facebook to all my friends and family my experience about your company and tell them not to buy from your company. And they will share will their friends and so on. It will reach all over the world. I just want a replacement tool due to mine being defective!!!! Then we can end this! I'm not backing down!! I'm so angry!

Per our company policy we are unable to send a replacement out with out first receiving the tool in for inspection.

The Iron [redacted] sent in was a limited edition iron.  We only make so many of these, they were out of stock at the time,  so we sent her another tool with the same cost and value.  We will be willing to work with [redacted] and do a possible upgrade. We have left a couple of...

messages with the phone numbers provided.  Called on 02/03/2015 and another call on 02/04/2015 with no response.  We will try and reach out to client again today.

Client was contacted on 01/19/2015.  We tracked clients package and it was delivered to her,   our records show that [redacted] left the package on clients door step.  Package must have been stolen.  Farouk Systems will be sending client out another package with a request for...

Farouk Systems will take care of the client and exchange the tool.  I don't show client sending in any request directly to us.  I have already called and left the client a message on her voice mail @ 9:05 this morning 05/06/2016.  We will make sure this is handled with the client.

Client called back today, she will be sending a statement back to your office.  We will be sending client a new tool and products, client is happy with outcome on this request.

Three attempts have been made to reach this client, messages are being left on her voice mail.  We will keep trying to contact until next week.
