Review: The dentist put a new crown on me 3 months ago , three weeks ago I return to the dentist for repair of the new crown, she never request me to sign or consent additional charges on the warranty of the crown that she put on me, now my insurance sent to me a balance and also a charge of 257$ or a repair that she never ask me to authorize, how this I possible? Taking advantage of the insurance that I have , [redacted] needs to know that this firm is charging and billing without my permission.This is not wright!!!!Desired Settlement: Please she needs to return the money to the insurance and put her cheap teeth on her warranty of $1,700 that was paid for that crown.
