Farrah's Jewelry [redacted] ###-###-####   October 14, 2015 Case # [redacted]   [redacted],        [redacted] originally called me to look at four pieces of jewelry which she wanted to sell. I gave her a price for them which was more than fair and her...

response was she thought they were worth much more. So I did a appraisal for replacement only.        I also took an 8 piece flatware set and some scrap gold and traded her for a 1 ounce gold [redacted] and $650.00 cash which I made nothing on.       She then asked me if I had any [redacted] and I brought a bracelet in sterling silver and diamonds to show her which she purchased from me personally. I told [redacted] I had some vintage pieces and she was excited to see them. I brought the pieces to her shop which she is  was in the process of closing and moving to [redacted]. I showed her the pieces from my private collection and she said she loved them. There was never a mention of selling them for a large profit. The pieces she found on [redacted] were not even the same pieces she is talking about. She even text me and said since I would not refund her the money it was o.k. and we would still be friends.        I assume that if she has closed her store and that she wanted them for her personal collection why would she need to make a big profit on them.        There was never any coercing and the prices are well below the retail value.   Thank You,   [redacted]

Review: On 6/**/14 salesman [redacted] sold me a 230 gram silver chain that he dipped in gold water color. I paid [redacted] $1500 cash for the item.

When I went to pick up the chain I noticed that the quality and authenticity not worth the amount I paid.

I asked [redacted] to exchange the item for something of equal value, bue he refused. The next day I returned to Farrah with my mother but again he refused to exchange the item. After leaving Farrah my mother then took the chain to be examined and it was revealed that the item wasn't 14k nor even 10k, it was a heavy silver material.

My mother called [redacted] immediately to let him know what she discovered, and told him of the serious consequences for selling false items, he instantly offered to exchange the item; and insisted she bring all receipts. When we met with [redacted] he offered to sell me a different item for an additional $500 increase. When we asked if the item was 14k, he replied that it is a 10k gold Jesus piece. [redacted] again tried to gain an $500 cash from me. He actually wanted to sell me a 10k Jesus piece for a total of $2000.00.

I would like Revdex.com to investigate/audit all items sold at Farrah Jewelry, because I feel he's dishonest and a thief. I would also like him to refund me my $1500.00 in cash.
