Please note that I have attached a proposal that details exactly what we were doing for the price that was quoted and we performed all services that were statedThis customer knew that there were potentially other problems but we would not know that until we excavated the spot that the camera and snake were getting stuck/stopped atI did go above and beyond and offer to come back at no charge and video inspect line again and dig line up again to show customer what we had done but the customer called and cancelled any future service so I am not sure what else we can do for this customer other than with them luck and hopefully who ever they hire to complete the repair will treat them as fair as we have

We warranty our work and it we saw that the pipe came apart during our video inspection we would have made a 2nd repairI have not seen any video inspection or pictures and if the customer wants to pursue legal action that is fine

We received a phone call from the customer of their complaint of the pricing ten minutes after the technician left their home on 2/10/I advised the customer that I would not have the invoice in my hand until the following business morning (Monday 2/13/17) and would call to discuss it thenWe received this complaint from the Revdex.com at 3:pm the same day as service was performed, and the initial phone complaint to our officeWe are always receptive to all considerations regarding customer complaints, but feel there should have been a little more communication from the customer before filing a complaint with Revdex.comWith that being said, we have revised the invoice according to the customers request; the revised invoice, the voided check that had already been submitted to our technician has been returned as wellWe await the customers remittance to the invoiceSteps have been taken to re-insure the technicians state pricing before performing any services

received this complaint from the Revdex.com at 3:16 pm the same day as service was performed, and the initial phone complaint to our office.
