Horrible customer service. They do not call back promptly, do not have sufficent answers, always someone elses job / department. After going around and around for a year about warranty work they then claim its not the same problem and want to charge more money. Would not even provide documentation on scope of work to be completed verses what has been completed. I would not use these people.
