Working on the ***s was a challengeIt was JulyIt was awfully hotWe were there every day at 6am for almost two weeks working hardCleaning up the best we could before leaving.everyday .It was a lot more work than I thought it was going to be Nonetheless I believe we
did a terrific job for the ***s I'm the owner of this company I did most of the shinglingThe shingles are nailed very well Before we left on August 1st I did my best to address any issues with Mr ***I even said I'm going to replace a small rain gutterAnd it did get replaced like I said I would I was very disappointed the next morning to see a stop payment on his check Especially after all I went through to do a good for them I always tell every client before leaving Give me a CALL if you have any problems

I am rejecting this response because:I called times on September 20th and you did not answer nor call me back.I have consulted with several attorneys in Construction; Real Estate and Contract Law. I am allowing you until October 14th, to have everything taken care of or we will have them resolved and all costs debited from any outstanding balance from our contract.In the above attached letter you received both by email and Certified USPS mail we listed very clearly the problems we had also talked about in person.Date: August 2016Please replace all shingles that were face nailed through the exposed shingle area, since any holes outside of the nailable area void their warranty per certainteed.comPlease replace the flashing or properly seal it around the exhaust and intake pipes for our furnaceThis is not explicit in the contract yet was verbally agreed that all flashing was to be replaced as needed.Please replace the damaged rain gutter and soffit.Please replace the damaged rain gutter and soffit.On August 3rd I saw the damages to our Awning and notified you of such via photograph.Having no action on your part to resolve the above roof issues brought to your attention documented days ago, we can no longer waitWe are experiencing leaks with every rain storm and soon it will be snow.We have documentation on file with our home owners insurance and all further damages will be attributed to your faulty work and will be filed against your insurance or billed to you as preventable damages. Do not show up without an appointment with me, We are unsatisfied with your work to date and any further time spent on our house will be supervised

He really ought to call me.  No emails or texts preferably.   I had someone stop by and replace a rain gutter. Which is costing me $170. I still didn't hear back from anyone. Not a thank you.  Had I'd known he could of looked at other things ie the soffit.  Also, there's  still a overdue balance of $5348.00.
