We contacted the number on the card and set up an appointment to get an estimate on having our driveway and walkway removed and redone.
We set up a time and day for this to happen. That day and time came and went and noone showed nor did we get a phone call letting us know that noone was going to come. The next day I called and they advised that they didn't get off a job until late and that is why noone came. Not my fault and I should have at least gotten a call, but we set up another day and time for an estimate to be completed.
This time they did show up and we got our estimate.
We did go with this company to have our driveway redone.
After countless calls and unanswered messages we finally were able to set a date for our drive to be completed.
Again this date came and went and noone showed up or called to say they will not be starting on this day.
Again I had to call them to find out what was going on and I was able to have another day set up for our drive to be completed.
Our drive was finally completed and we were happy with it....until this spring.
After the snow had all melted away we notice that there were a ton of holes in the driveway. We called and explained this issue and someone did come out and look at that driveway.
He advised that it was from the salt that came off of our cars. And that the mix that they must have gotten from their supplier must not have been good. He advised that he was going to talk to his suppliers and get back to use. Well that was about a month ago and we still have not heard anything from them.
Our driveway that we saved money for for a long time looks awful and the company has offered no help or assistance with repairing their shotty work/product.
I had a number of people ask for the name our contractor that did our driveway and I do give them their name along with "DO NOT USE THEM".
