while cutting tree limbs for the neighbor next to my property, A limb broke and fell on to my patio. This caused a cement bench to be broken and more Importantly my security light to be torn off the house. I contacted Mr. Ruben F several times and by that I mean more than 10 times. Each time he was too busy. The rain had him backed up. He finally bought a light. Said he had it in his truck, but was not going to take a man from his more important job to have him put up my light. He told me twice he would check on getting a cement bench top. I asked him to just drop the light off. I would put it up. Asked him to just get me anycement bench topo I would paint it to match. All of these request were answered with meaningless promises to get to me as soon as he could. It has been 2 months and nothing. It is dark on the patio at night. It is a safety issue for my family.
