Hello,
This business is totally lying. The only "bullying" was the racist remarks from the owner. This is getting really out of hand. I can't believe they're lying about this situation. Of course we knew that the warranty was only for 3 months. After Farmington Pest Control told us that they would come back later to do it in June for free, even though the warranty expired, we trusted the company to honor it because they kept telling us that it's a waste of time and no point in coming in December because "ALL SPIDERS HIDE IN THE WINTER." I don't feel like I have to keep on explaining this awful situation anymore. I wish I recorded every conversation. Especially the conversations with the racist remarks. I'm still shocked that a business, especially a human being living in 2015 still has anger towards people of color, and taking advantage to paying customers and straight lying about what really happened. This business needs to be exposed on the hatred, foul language and deceiving business practices so others will not go what we had to go through.

There are misrepresentations of the facts in the statement as provided by [redacted].On 26 Sept. 2014, we completed a spider treatment that provided a three-month warranty.We explained that any further treatments during the warranty period would be completedfree of charge. However the warranty expired on...

26 December2014.Then in June 2015, when I got a call from [redacted], I re-explained that the warranty periodhas expired and we would have to charge again just like last year. [redacted] said no and would nottake no as an answer. After explaining the three-month warranty again and again, I becamefrustrated and hung up, [redacted] continued to call and try to bully us into providing a free treatment.We have been in business since 1984, and as you know we have no other issues with the Revdex.com.We work hard to keep our customers happy. We explain about the treatment, warranty andthe control of the pests.The refund possibility expired with the contract and warranty, which expired on December 26, 2014.Attached is the receipt, which shows the date, warranty and [redacted]'s signature and the brochurethat was presented for this treatment. ·Thank you,Thomas F[redacted]
