We are writing in response to the customer complaint that Vantel Pearls received from the Revdex.com on August 24, 2016. [redacted] signed up as a Vantel Pearls consultant on July 28, 2016 and her starter kit oyster inventory was shipped to her on July 29th with delivery on August 2. At...

the time of her shipment, one of the jewelry items in her kit was on back order and per our policy we substituted it with another item of comparable value. Upon joining Vantel Pearls, all Consultants receive a series of emails with step by step training. They also have access through the Vantel Pearls Consultant website to the training materials, the sales incentive bonus program, and also policy and procedures. We are so sorry to hear that [redacted] feels she needs to resign from Vantel Pearls. We have reached out to her a number of times by phone and through email to offer our support and assistance. We also offered to schedule a time that is convenient for her to speak on the phone and she declined stating that she was not available by phone anytime due to her work schedule. When a Consultant resigns they are required to send back the Vantel Pearls oyster inventory at their expense for shipping. Upon [redacted]'s request, we provided her with information for returning the oyster inventory. This information is also available to consultants on the Vantel pearls consultants website. A $100 oyster deposit refund is issued to the Consultant upon receipt of the complete oyster inventory at the Vantel Pearls Home Pearls Home Office. Please note that we do not refund shipping. If a consultant wishes to also send back their kit for a refund, they can do so at their expense for shipping. The kit must be a complete and current kit in reusable condition and, if these requirments are met, we issue a kit refund minus a 15% restocking fee upon receipt of the kit a the Vantel Pearls home office.
