I have been contacting KC Commercial & Residential Management for over a year regarding repairs I was told to contact maintenanceI have called, emailed, text and mailed a list regarding repairsAlso have talk to [redacted] who has talk down to me she asked me if I was on section eightAs to the repairs my toilet has been broken for over two months it's constantly running all day and nightThe first time the plumber came out was February 28,he rigged the tank told me he requested that I get a new toilet because I have a build up of calciumSecond time he came he wanted me to signed a work order that he had came out to look at the toilet but I would not sign it, that was on March 28, I am easy to get alone with all I am asking is that someone come to do a walk through on this propertyThe list of repairs are bathroom has mold, paint peeling, crack tile in living room, linen closet don't shut, heating ducts need cleaning, windows need caulking, kitchen cabinets need pai

I have a LONG list of how this place doesn't take care of repairs I was diagnosed with brain cancer during Thanksgiving and I was released from the hospital that weekend I came home with a flooded basement I couldn't get anyone on the PHONE, trust I tried many times, mailbox full I went out and had to rent a sub pump from The Home Depot Then when there was a storm which a tree was NEVER removed after complaining to this company MANY times I had a friend come and remove the debris from the front fence line and the list goes on and on Replaced back steps, infested with rats with abandon houses around, put a fence up to protect property, basement leaks when it rainsI couldn't move with treatment, chemo and radiation with hospital down the street couldn't drive I have now bought a house and out of there Its not the neighbors or area, its the property manager that manages this Did I mention I had my tub PAINTED times? That is TIME off work and I didn't even say anything after the 4th time as its cracked and still a mess The tree I complained on their website for maintenance and it kept getting removed I asked WHY is my work order getting removed and they never replied and removed the portion of the site Roof, no screens, fridlight, water leaking into overhead light in hall and bathroom the list goes on....and on

I have multiple properties managed by this company and never had an issue I do know it manages some rough areas with low income housing and some owners who are upside down or do not have the income to fix big ticket items Most of the issues that arise are from the lower income areas and lower values properties
Tenants have to understand that the management company can only do what the owner approves

My experience with KC Commercial & Residential Management has been one of the greatest The staff is very professional and corteous When I call the the office to ask any questions I may have or if I have any maintenance issues they treat me with respect If I need any a copy of my lease, or my ledger of all the payments I have made they will provide it for me with no excuses My maintenance issues have been solved in a promptly manner I am very satisfied with their service and managment of the property I reside in

I applied for a house at Van Brunt weeks ago, I payed my $application feeI have contacted these people over and over they have yet to reach out to me and tell me if I was denied or approvedTheir communication sucksI called Eric the property manager , He tells me twice that they were making a decision and he would call me backWell ! I'm yet to hear from himGive me my $backYou all's communication really suck's
