No further action is requested by me at this timeThat said, I do not withdraw my criticism of this business providerThe guides are not being honest about the experience, which is a shameI hope other families will read my review and take it into account before booking with this business

just got off the ship yesterday.... my apologies.In regards to this matter I have resolved the situation with the client and did in fact refund all monies in full.  Please see the attached confirmation from our booking company.[redacted]We have been in business for 26 years and have a reputable company with over 900 positive TripAdvisor reviews....   After this particular ride I personally spoke to Mr. S[redacted] about the situation and he agreed to the original discount which I took care of immediately.  Then several hours later Mrs. S[redacted] called extremely upset that her husband had agreed to what we discussed.  I then talked to both my guides ( yes, I had two guides on this particular ride because of their experience level) and after speaking to each one separately came to conclusion that Mom was not happy from the beginning and was afraid to ride.... under no circumstance were they ever in any danger whatsoever. We then proceeded after this ride to take out two other families with similar experience levels and children without any problems.  Our first and upmost concern is safety for our clients as well as our horses.  Please look into our wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor to confirm what I’ve stated.... our good reputation in this business is what we strive to achieve with every rider we fulfill dreams for.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter....
