Before I respond about this complaint, I would like to give you a brief background about my businessFashion Alterations has been running smoothly for ongoing years successfully serving the Austin communityOn February 22nd [redacted] came to Fashion Alterations to pick up her clothesI had just started using a new credit card processing software in which at the time said it got cancelled so we did the transaction againOn February 28th, [redacted] called me to inform me her credit card had been charged twiceI checked both credit card summaries and only one had shown up that had gone throughI also sent Ms [redacted] all my electronic transactions for the 22nd of FebruaryAfter her sending me the proof that she was indeed charged twice I apologized and removed the charge, I believed that we ended on good terms

On February 28th, [redacted] called me to inform me her credit card had been charged twice. I checked both credit card summaries and only one had shown up that had gone through. I also sent Ms. [redacted] all my electronic transactions for the 22nd of February. After her sending me the proof that she was indeed charged twice I apologized and removed the charge, I believed that we ended on good terms.
