Review: I ordered a dress from Fashion attic back on March 19,2015 and my checking account was debited $51.00, the website stated that the dress was in stock and that it would take up to 48 hours to process and up to an additional 3 business days for me to receive my order if I lived in the US in which I do. Meaning I should have received my package around March 27th at the latest. After the initial 48 hours I had not received any processing or shipping information from Fashion attic. I then attempted to contact them by phone and email with no answer, I also wrote them a message on their boutique's instagram account, my messages we deleted from their instagram page and I was still left with no answers. The following day, March 24,2015 I again asked about my order on their instagram account and they responded by saying that the "love t-shirt" dress was pre-order (which the website did not state at the time of my order) and that it would be sent out on March 26, 2015. By April 2, 2015 I still had not received my package, I again attempted to contact the company via phone, text message, email and instagram. on instagram they told me to call the following business day in which I did with my calls only going straight to voicemail and their mailbox being full. I've requested a refund several times and I've called several times a day up until today and have continued to email and write. I am still being ignored and I have now been blocked from calling and writing them on their instagram account @myfasionatticDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $45.00 I paid for the dress and the $6.00 I paid for shipping due to me never receiving my order. totaling $51.00
