I have reviewed the responseThe claim that they made that they tried to contact me several times and I was not available to take delivery is fake.  Please find attached the call record and you can see numerous calls(business no ###-###-####) I made to the business for delivery but I have only got one call from them .That also whosoever the guy was told me that my shipment will be delivered last Monday (nothing yet) .Its more of a mental harassment that they are putting me through right now. Moreover my parents who are visiting here did not step out of the house for days because they kept waiting for delivery . (Whenever I was away).I request you to understand my concern. Its been 14 days since I made the payment and I still haven't received the delivery which is not acceptable at all , knowing the fact that the store is literally 10 mins away from were I live.I am at home for the whole week now and I want the delivery to be scheduled through this website because I don't trust their word at all .

We recently received a letter in the mail regarding complaint #[redacted].  On April 07 [redacted] purchased a pair of [redacted] Men’s Wave Nomad sandals from our company.  The customer received their order on April 10.  The customer first contacted us on May...

14 stating the buckle keeps coming off of the sandal they purchased from our company. On May 15 we asked the customer if they could provide us pictures of the sandals to show us the condition they were in and pictures of the defect.  Buyer was uncooperative and they did not want to provide us with photos.  Buyer made an A-Z claim through [redacted] which was denied because it was beyond [redacted]’s 14 day defect policy.  Our return policy states “Potentially defective/materially different items must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.”  A copy of our return policy is sent with every order and it is viewable on our seller page on [redacted]. We noticed on the letter that the customer claims the problem occurred on April 10; however, the customer only first contacted us on May 15.   Please let us know if you have any further questions.
