[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The owner is lying he said my dad damaged the table that a lie first of all my girls are 7 years old and they can not move the table when he bought the table the table was not even in the box at all the first one was but not the second time and the chairs are the same chair he put some medal parts on the chair to make them level he put one on each chair also my dad is a veteran he only has one leg and half way blind he was the only one at home at the time of delivery I was at work when they put the table up they put it closer to the wall so that we could not see the scratch so my dad called me at work and informed me of the scratch I instantly called to Ruele's Furniture and he went to yelling and being very disrespectful to me when I told him I payed 421.00 for this table and chairs to be damaged can I get a refund he said no I'm not giving you one I said can I get another table he said no because I damaged the table u you can come to my house and look at my walls and clearly see if I damaged the table my walls would be damaged not at all I just moved to this residents all I want is my money back and he can have the table and chairs I don't even use them I'm trying to resolve this without out getting a lawyer if he can't cooperate with me and give me a refund I will be getting a lawyer because this makes no sense at all for him to give me damaged property and then lie and say my disabled father damage it I paid for a brand new table and chairs and that's all I wanted but instead I get what he felt like giving me that's not fair to me as a customer my dad is in a wheel chair also so could someone please explain to me how he could of did this damage I got pictures of the table and chairs I would gladly show you..... We have Picked up the damage motor from his chair we have ordered a new one we have received from Ashley Company we get the new one on hand we will send a technician to install it and we would be contacting the customer soon thank you Ruelles Furniture

Hello there we glad to hear any complaint that can improve our service du to the fact this customer had full great service twice ,the first time we have to do free delivery , we could not do the leveling for the chairs in her house since the floor was not level we took them back to the store and fixed them the following day she call again calming the table has scratch tooeven though it was in box on the delivery time ,again we exchange the table for anew one .my driver had them inspect it before he left the house afew hours later the trid to move their table the damage it .and they claim it has another scratch ,my driver had the chek every thing we he did the swap and drop the chair .the damage in the table was done after he left its very clear vant be miss if it was there and the will see it .so we very sure its some miss treatment for the table from their end after the delivery best regards Ruelle's Furniture

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is to some degree satisfactory to me with regards to meeting the terms of presenting receipt as proof of purchase on the current outstanding mattressIn support of the former statement, I wish to place on record that these said receipts were in fact presented to them in an earlier visit in defense of my claim -they made photocopies- whereupon a promise to contact me further was made ( this was not done)Please see attached copies of said receipts.

Went to the customers home on 9/1/to fix both loose bunk beds and check the drawer on the desk, tightened both beds and ordered drawer glides for the deskOn 9/16/went to the customers home to tighten the ladder on the white bunk again, changed the ladder hardware10/7/called customer
told her I would call her back with ETA on the drawer glidesChecked on the drawer glides ETA is the week of 10/17/16, called customer back on 10/7/and 10/10/left message both ***es for the customer to call me backI also repaired the cocktail table on 9/16/ Thank you, *** ***

*** wife examined all of the furniture before paying the remaining balance on the orderMr*** signed the receipt after the merchandise was examined by Mrs***After three weeks time our store received a call stating that some of the furniture was unsatisfactoryWe stand behind our product and our guarantee of good serviceWe explained to the customer that this issue could be easily taken care of on our endOnce our delivery men leave the premises the product can only be guaranteed to a certain extent due to customer wear and tearAny time a customer moves or handles the furniture from the place it was delivered we cant be held accountable for damages because it could be due to the mishandling of the customerWe can gladly take care of this for him but although we have a guarantee on our furniture the customer must understand that this does not include transportation/deliveryThis customer lives forty-five minutes away and was already given a discount on the delivery fee on the original order.

sorry to get to that step .but whats fair is fair the two of my drivers confirmed it was nothing wrong on the table at the time of delivery .they willing to show up in the court and testify for that we already went twice to your house we did our best but u r not happy yet
we sure that u work hard for your mony same as we pay mony to get our merchandise too so if a customer cause damage to the stuff that he or she bought they cant blame it on the storethank u

Also, being that we have had such a hard time getting this matter resolved, I don't think they will cooperate in returning our merchandise in a timely manner. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I still don't agree with the $140 charge to pick up the motor and return it seeing that it was under warranty. The business owner stated that since we didn't pay a delivery charge when we received the furniture, he was charging us now. The waiving of the delivery fee was a negotiation that was agreed to by myself and the owner. It should have nothing to do with the warranty for the items we purchased and to get it fixed. I can say that I am happy this ordeal is over and I will NEVER shop with this store again and I will encourage my family and friends not to as well. It is sad that we had to involve the Revdex.com in order to rectify this matter.
