in delivering customer service and she based off her complain she was not happy about a few items. When I see my clients I explain everything throughly, I talk with them about the process of installing and choosing the right color for their kitchenI spend time with all my clients talking to them about maintenance, setting expectations, and the chemicals we use on the kitchen that is sealantI tell them it takes 4-hours for the smell to go away and it needs to be placed on the stone to seal it so water and liquids do not suck into the porus stoneAll of my clients understand the necessity to seal the stone and protect their investmentI also tell my general contractors this information so they relay this to the client. This complaint that was made was based off of information that was not forwarded by her general contractor ***I have worked with him a few times in the past and on this specific project I worked directly with him and he gave me a check of $to start the project and the contract was between only me and himI sent him invoice via emailBelow you will see the date and time it was sentI did not have any relationship with the clientI did not have her number, her emailI was to not have any contact with her regarding price, information, project details or paymentI only met her one time and that one time was when I drove my workers to take measurements of her kitchen*** coordinated the entire project and told me to just go to her home and take measurementsVia phone *** told me the color she choose, and the specifics of her project. Attached is proof that I did business with *** onlyOn the day we were going to install *** called me and canceled installation telling me his client *** *** did not want to pay the final payment to himI was scared and did not want to suffer a loss, it appeared they were on bad terms and neither of them were talking to each otherAt the end *** told me if you want finish the job and collect the final payment of 1,He told me he was done with her and that she did not want to pay him his money for the time, work and materials he invested inI was stuck in the middle of all the chaos I did not know what was happening between the twoI was afraid to install for her and I wouldn't get my final payment to pay my workers so I told her I couldn't installShe pleaded me to install her kitchen and told me *** was the problemI did not want to take sides and did not know who to believeI felt badly for the client that she did not have a kitchenSo out of the kindness of my heart I said fine I will install your kitchen pay me ahead and I will installShe paid me $Then we began to installDuring our installation she found many ways to complaint and harrase my workers while they were installingShe told them she doesn't like the job based off nothing concert, she didn't even come take a look at the job once the job was doneShe just complaint about the smell and said she is going to the hospital because the smell was too strong even though we opened windows and offered to bring a fanShe said it was to strongShe did not pay the rest of the amount due she just yelled at my guys and shouted telling them to get outEven though she did not pay the final balance that was agreed between her and *** I left it like that because I got my expenses covered at least and my workers got paid*** on the other hand did not get his commission.
