I purchased a dress in Arlington, Tx and was informed I could not return but would be able to do an exchange as the policy is on the receiptThe dress ended up being a Large instead of a Medium so when arriving back in my city of Austin, TxI decided I wanted to exchangeI took my receipt in with the dress and proceeded to request an exchangeI was told immediately I wouldn't be able to do so as they do not accept returnsI reiterated multiple times I only wanted to exchange for something that fitI was then told I "should have tried this on" and this is no longer there problemI pulled my receipt out and showed I was in policy (only days after my original purchase date) and the receipt states I can exchange merchandise that is unworn with tags attachedAt this point the denied the receipt policy was inaccurate and I would have to keep my merchandiseAs a customer I did not agree with this so I asked for a managerThey brought out there General Manager and he did not give m
