I disagree with their response because the unexpected commitment for future purchases is buried in terms and conditions where it is easily overlookedMoreover, I did not receive any email informing me to be the membership of "Fashion Lux Today" or any shipping confirmation of the sunglasses as the membership gift each monthTherefore, I did not notice that I became their membership and be charged $each month till 06/01/I have never had a problem purchasing over the internet and have never had a company take advantage of me like thisAll other regular companies will send the customers an email to inform them to be their membershipI think this company does not want its customers to notice their membership commitment which need to pay at allThis company is acting unethically when they have two different paths depending on whether you visit their site directly or come in part way through because of a survey
When I called the company, they uses deception and bait and switch tactics, combative over the phone, and tries to act like they are not affiliated with the scam company, and when they call me they always speak fast and I am not an English native speakerThat is why sometimes I can't totally understand them or respond them properly
They have agreed to refund me $196, but I want to be fully refunded, because the fist sunglasses should be the gift, and the rest sunglasses are sent me in the condition that I was totally uninformedOn the other hand, the company commitment investigated that $for each month is the charge for the sunglasses, but the sunglasses they sent me are with poor quality, and the value should be much lower than $(as cheap as $), so they are a kind of fooling the customersI can return all the intact sunglasses (with signs on it) if the company fully refund me

I received the ad that the company "Fashion Lux Today" will give me a sunglasses as gift if I finish the survey of *** *** or I totally had no idea about this company, how could I redirect to the company website? The statement of many consumers in the other complaints proved that they were attracted, or even tricked in the same wayTherefore, the company is responsible for the advertising used to attract the consumers
I did not read the commitment because the company intentionally bury the unexpected commitment for future purchasesOther wise, I did not informed to be their membership which need to pay, or I would notice and cancel it as soon as possibleTherefore, the the company charged my money and sent me sunglasses in the condition that I was totally uninformed, and the company should be responsible for the loss of the consumers
I intensely ask for fully refund (the rest $98, I will return all the sunglasses), or I will continue my complaintThere is another resolution I can accept: the company pay me $70, and I can keep the sunglassesThis is the extent of resolution to be met with the company
