Review: This seller falsely advertises its wares as authentic when they are in fact counterfeit. I ordered a Prada handbag, specifically the Prada BR1713 in the color Baltico, and I was assured over and over again that the handbag I received would be authentic. I trusted that the website/company had no complaints filed with the Revdex.com in the years it had been in business, and the fact that I received a long e-mail from the company assuring me of the authenticity of their products after I promised that if I received a counterfeit item, I would be the first to file a complaint with your bureau. I just received the item. It is indeed a blatant counterfeit item that the Prada fashion house would not even insult a garbage bag with. This complaint is the fulfillment of my promise to save other prospective purchasers the time, suspense, and disappointment associated with receiving such a travesty.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund. I also stand firm by the fact that the business accreditation should be downgraded as is appropriate under the circumstances.

We stand behind our guarantees of authenticity, and we have filled over 4,000 customer orders since we began our business. The products are outlet products and the importing company has invoices for authenticity. The customer has been issued a full refund of her purchase price. We also sent to this customer a pre-paid return label for the Prada bag which has not been returned to us as specified in our written return policy. We have, against our return policy, issued her a full refund and are waiting for the Prada bag to be returned.
