article had clear smudges and was not in a resalable condition. Upon hearing the response,At no time did we refuse her return, we just asked for her to clean the article before returning it. The customer threw the article of clothing at my face. I call 911, 15 minute later police officer (ADP: [redacted]) came to store. But she doesn't weit, left with hers car(Nissan white color, plate number [redacted]. TX) Police Report Number:[redacted]. And I ordered Trespass Report. I don't want to see her again. I am rejecting this response because:On top of getting treated badly, he's lying. Yes I got upset if his response was true that he stated here, there would have not been a meaning for me to be upset. If he said clean the little smudge off of the garment which I did not see until he pointed it out , I would have clearly took a cloth and wipe it off without a problem, it was only deodorant . I've been too many stores and people have gotten deodorant on clothing. Instead he yelled at me and said, and I quote, "you wore dress, it smell like you!" with an attitude, which is not true I was getting it for Valentine's day which was the weekend coming up and it still smelled like the store. Yes I through my garmet towards him and I got upset because he was accusing me of something I did not do because I'm not that kind of person I bought many dresses here wore them once and they're still in my closet. I'm not the type of person to wear something and take it back. I've been going here for 4 years, at least once a week or every other week since I've moved to Austin. I have never received this kind of customer service from anyone in that store until I ran into this man. And I read yelp reviews afterwards, and apparently someone else feels the same way I do. I have no problem with fashion outlet because I've been a loyal customer for that long and to get treated that way by him is ridiculous! yes police did show up, I did not leave, I went down to another business in the parking lot and flagged down the the police because I had called the police myself. I told them what I did and of coarse what he said and done. The officer was very helpful and gave me some information. You cannot treat people any kind of way, especially a customer when you run a business. I just hope it is taking care of,so no one else gets treated this way. I've never done anything to this man to have animosity towards me, I'm not a criminal. And him telling me he doesn't want to see me again doesn't hurt my feelings,because as much as I did enjoy going into the store as a loyal customer, I'd rather not have to ever deal with that and spend my money where I get better customer service!
