worst customer service EVER!! I wasnt even in the store for minutes and was already getting attitude by one of their unprofessional immature employeesI asked to speak with the manager but she was just as unprofessional and careless about the way her employees treat customersShe didnt even tried to handle the situation she just told me to go try on clothes to pretty much shut me up and at that point I no longer wanted to purchase
items after being disrespected by their employee who wished to be unnamedI dont recommend this place unless you want to spend your money on this place and its childish employeesThe company should either retrain or restaff this location with more competent and respectful employees since its not the first complaint from that store as read on other review websites

I have been a costumer of Fashion Q for more than 5 years. This last time that I went to buy clothes and sandles just was the last time I ever buy something from this company. I bought sandals with incorrect size on the hanger, since it was final sale they didnt want to exchange for my right size. Not only that but the cashier is very rood is always serious and has no respect for the customer, were is the good customer service. Ive worked for customer service all my life and this is unacceptable. Someone should teach the fashion q staff and the management as well. Lisa as she said was the manager, is korean and didnt understand me at all. She was very rood as well. All I wanted was to get the right size of sandals that was it. I really want this company to review the staff working to provide a better service to me as a customer and consumer because I deserve it, it's my right.
