Review: I order a product thought this vendor on November [redacted] 2013I paid for 2 day shipping and all...First the vendor never emailed me a tracking number or did they never contact me after my numerous amounts of emails phone calls etc... Finally through txt messages the vendor said my package was in the mail and she would sent me a tracking number 2 weeks later .. Please keep in mind I paid for 2 days shipping.. After. No tracking number still and another. False information being told .., she called and said my package would be delivered the next day ( a Friday) still on Friday night I recieved no package .. I contacted her on social media txt and email again and then she told me she would drop my package off Saturday At 3:30pm at my home... I found that hard to believe since she said my package was in the mail and out for delivery !! How can that be true if you can drop it off to me .. I waited in. My home on Saturday and she never showed up!!!! Then she stopped answering all calls and txt and email and disappeared with my money ...Desired Settlement: I would like. Refund or my package ... I really needed my items and it has been an Inconvenience and very stressful

As I have looked over [redacted] White order, I am able to clearly explain and handle any concerns you may have. [redacted] placed an order for a sum of 49.28. She paid for 3 to 5 day shipping. The day a customer make a purchase, we give a turn around time of 1-2 days to make sure the payment processes into our account. Then your items is shipped according to order. [redacted] placed an order Nov **,2013 on a Saturday at 10:52 pm. Her order according to records was dispatched to warehouse on Tue Nov **, 2013. It was sent to shipment center on Wednesday Nov [redacted]. Thursday [redacted] (Thanksgiving) and [redacted] (Black Friday) is a holiday which delayed delivery. [redacted] Package was scheduled delivery Saturday Nov **, but was Updated by tracking missed delivery. It Has then been available for pick up Mon Dec.*. and Tue Dec *, but the customer didn't pick up the package. We received a phone call from [redacted] On Friday Dec.*, requesting information on her order. Once a n order has shipped, Every customer receives email confirmation and tracking to notify you when the package has shipped, and how to track it. We explained to [redacted], the Tracking Stated the package updated as missed delivery and it would be returned to sender. [redacted] stated she still wanted her items and we explained briefly; because the system shows that your shipment is on it way back to us, we can reship another package out to you. [redacted] then requested to have Her items dropped-off at a Location Near hers. We have a location in Brooklyn, and we agreed to drop off her order on Saturday Dec [redacted] 2013. Friday Dec [redacted] 6:30pm, We received a disputed charge from [redacted] stating she didn't receive her items. When an order is placed online, a Tracking number has to be provided in to track and confirm were a package is. We tried contacting [redacted] by phone to explain we would have to cancel the scheduled drop off and reship her items with Tracking. We never recei ved a response. The dispute stated she still wanted the items, so we reshipped her items, and it is confirmed delivered. [redacted] Has Received her Items. Thank you for contacting Fashion Rose! I'm not sure where the problem occurred. The order above was placed Dec [redacted] through e check. WE are informed not to ship items until the e check clears payment. The e check failed twice for payment. On the 3rd attempt the e check cleared, and we were informed by Paypal to release the package. The package has been shipped and delivered. The buyer never contacted us about canceling or returning the item. We received an email from the buyer that they loved the product and they will keep the item.

Review: I placed and order for a mens coat on Feb [redacted], 2015. The item was paid through my [redacted] account. I received an email that the item had shipped on March [redacted], 2015 and by March [redacted] I still had not received my item. On March [redacted], 2015 I contacted the company via email and receieved an email from someone claiming to be the [redacted] and asked for my order number and informed me that they would be looking into this as customers should receive theie items within a week of processing. On April [redacted] I sent a follow up email as I hadnt heard from anyone. On April [redacted] I sent another email and still nothing. On April [redacted] my [redacted] account was updated again stating that the item had shipped. It is now 4/**/15 and I still have not received my item or an update from the company. I have filed a complaint with [redacted] as well.Desired Settlement: A refund for the full amount paid.

Desired Settlement: ID LIKE A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE PICTURES (screenshots) THAT PROVE THAT she is ripping people off. She has a lot of angry customers.

As I have Looked over Ms. Kellie Brown order, I can Clearly explain and handled any concerns you may have. Ms. Brown placed an order for a sum of 49.45 on Nov.22 2013. There is a turn around time of 1-2 days for payments to process into our account. The customers items are then shipped according to delivery time purchased. With a Receipt to confirm Purchase, Ms. Brown Has ordered a size M in the mesh Baby doll dress. We Have no record of a call from Ms. Brown that confirmed delivery would be guaranteed before her Birthday on Nov. 30.2013. Ms.Brown would have been advised to purchase 3 to 5 Day shipping or to express ship her item. We do however, have records of Ms. Brown contacting us by phone on Wednesday Nov. 27, requesting information on her order. We explained to Ms. Brown we can provide her with her order tracking number, but her items will not be shipped until delivery timing purchase. The tracking will update once the item ships. The customer will receive a nother email stating the item has shipped and how to track the package. We received another phone call from Ms.Brown on Dec.4 2013, Requesting a refund for her item. She stated that the item was not delivered in time for an event. We explained that her items has already been shipped, and there was no way to stop the package. To accommodate the inconvenience, even when there was no mistake on our company behalf, our shipping timing is correct; we offered to give Ms. Brown 50% off as a gift from us as a first time Customer. Ms.Brown agreed to the agreement. We then received a phone call from Ms. Brown on Dec 9.2013 at 8;30 am requesting to return the item because it didn't fit for a bigger size . We agreed to do an exchange , and then proceeded to request a return label through Pay Pal to return the item, still offering 50% off. We received another call from Ms. Brown the same day 3:30pm. Ms. Brown stated because the dress didn't fit, she is requesting to exchange he r purchased dress for a bigger size and to be refunded in full. Ms. Brown is requesting for Fashion Rose to accommodate the dress free. We did not agree to Mrs. Brown's request. We explain to Ms. Brown If she is requesting a full refund, she would have to send the dress back and we will then proceed to cancel her order. We have contacted Ms. brown with a return label to return the item and we will refund her in full once it is received. We have tried our best to accommodate this issue and because we didn't agree to Ms. Brown request to give her a free dress, she has been sending threats, making fake pages about our company, leaving negative comments on promotion pages and tagging friends to comment. Ms.Brown is also contacting new customers urging them to cancel there orders, explaining to them all they have to do is contact Revdex.com leave negative feed back, then contact PayPal put in a dispute, and they will receive there order free. Ms.Brown has a whole promotion pag e on Instagram with instructions on what to do to receive a free order from Fashion Rose. We have been receiving calls about this for almost 2 weeks. We have contacted Pay Pal in this matter to help us with this ongoing issue. Today Dec.18.2013, we still haven't received the dress back. We have already released the amount of $24.22 back in to Ms. Brown account. Ms. Brown has been prank calling our company, tying up our phone lines saying she wont stop until the company shuts down. We are a fair small company that grows on the support of our customers. We try our best in everyway to accommodate any issue. We have never in countered an issue of this sort but we hope to quickly come to a solution. We are also asking for help to solve this problem. Please feel free to contact us . I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# 9833358, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Trisha Felix is a bold faced LIAR. Initially I had an issue with processing payment because of my PayPal account. Once the issue was settled, I purchased the dress In size LARGE on the 22nd of November and was told by her that Id have the item by the 27th, 3 days before my birthday. When the 27th came, nothing was delivered so YES, I then called and asked for tracking. SHE HADNT SHIPPED THE ITEM OUT AT THE TIME!! ONLY ELECTRONIC SHIPPING WAS INFO WAS OBTAINED. I called the following Monday requesting a refund. Trisha went on to say that I wasnt the only order that was going out and she would give me the dress HALF OFF. I told her NO!! Since the dress was specifically for my birthday, I no longer wanted it. I went on to say that her customer service skills were AWFUL and as a first time customer ID never purchase from her again. She offered to give me the dress half off and I said hell no I ddnt want it. She went on to say that because she understands how this made her company looked- SHE WOULD THE GIVE THE DRESS AS A COURTESY!!!! EVEN tho she offered that I DECLINED SEVERAL TIMES!! AT THAT POINT I wanted nothing to do with, I jus wanted the refund. She went on to say Ill send the dress as A COURTESY anyway, and still issue the refund. THE ITEM WAS THEN SHIPPED AFTER THAT CONVERSATION. AND I received it that following Friday. SO INFACT, EVEN IF Felix HAD TOLD ME TO GET 3-5 DAY SHIPPING WHEN I ORDERED ON NOVEMBER 22ND,----- SHE NEGLECTED TO FULFILL HER END OF THE BARGAIN BECAUSE I DIDNT RECEIVED THE ITEM UNTIL DEC6TH!!!!!!! WELL BEYOND THE 5 DAY SHIPPING!!!! AND EVEN IF THAT WAS THE CONVO WE HAD- 3-5 DAYS WOULD HAVE PLACED MY ITEM BEING SHIPPED BEFORE NOV 30TH!!!! When she finally shipped the item, she shipped it in the wrong size!!! So at that point I wanted her to have the dress and issue my refund immediately.

AS FAR AS THE ALLEGATIONS OF CONSTANTLY CALLING- FALSE. I HAVE CONTACTED Revdex.com AND PAYPAL REGARDING THE MATTER AND BOTH COMPANIES HAVE HANDLED THE MATTER. HAVE I WRITTEN NEGATIVE THINGS ON THE COMPANY'S PAGE? YES I HAVE!!! THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY THAT SHE WOULD RESPOND. HAVE I STARTED A PAGE? I HAVE NOT. I WAS IN FACT CONTACTED BY FASHIONROSEBOUTIQUE_ISASCAM ON INSTAGRAM AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO. IF YOU SHOULD VISIT THAT PAGE YOU WILL SEE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS HAD ISSUES WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! I CAN IN FACT SEND PROOF THAT SHE IS TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS AND NOT DELIVERING ITEMS!!! SHE IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER AND A LIAR. AS A BUSINESS OWNER THESE TACTICS WILL NOT GET HER FAR.

AS FAR AS HER ISSUING ME 1/2 OF THE REFUND--- SHE IS A LIAR!!! IF THAT IS THE CASE THEN WHY DO I HAVE EMAILS FROM PAYPAL SAYING THAT THEY FOUND THE CASE WAS IN MY FAVOR??? AND MY FULL ISSUE WAS SENT DEC 23RD? NOT JUS HALF??? I HAVE EMAILS AND BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT! TRISHA FELIX IS A LIAR, A THIEF, AND AN UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS OWNER.
