Review: I placed an order through [redacted] to one of the watches that has been advertised last June 5,2013 and it was delivered last June 17, 2013. The worth of the watch is almost $397.99 and last week I noticed a lot of discolorations from the watch. I contacted the seller to have a return/refund for the product and at first seller was responding to my queries. The first email that I received from the seller at the time I asked for a refund of the product was that the return policy is over however it was never advertised at the time I placed an order online. In addition, seller promised me that a final decision should be issued on Monday morning but up until now I haven't heard anything from the seller. I already sent the pictures to the seller to show that the problem in the watch and pointed out that it is not a wear and tear issue as I rarely use the watch.

I expect a watch at that price to last not just for a short period of time. Return/refund policies should be included online when seller put up the advertisement not just simply contact the seller for the return policies.Desired Settlement: $397.99

Review: JUNE 16, 2013 I PURCHASED A WATCH FOR MY HUSBAND FOR FATHERS DAY GIFT. THE 1100.00 DOLLAR WATCH THAT I PAID 313.69 FOR, DID NOT TICK. THE NEXT DAY JUNE 17, 2013 I RETURNED THE WATCH AND WAS TOLD AND PER THE RECIEPT I WOULD GET A REFUND CHECK WITHIN 2,WEEKS BECAUSE I SPENT OVER 100.00. JULY 5, 2013 I CALLED FASHION TIME AND ADVISED I DID NOT GET MY CHECK WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY. JULY 6 NO CALL OR CHECK. JULY 7 NO CALL OR CHECK. JULY 8 I CALLED THE STORE WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WILL CALL ME THAT DAY, NO CLL OR CHECK. JULY 9, I GO TO THE STORE AND THE ASSOCIATE CALLED SAM THE MANAGER/OWNER WHO ONCE AGAIN SAID HE WOULD CALL ME JULY 10. NOW IT'S MORE THAN THE REFUND. NOW IT'S ABOUT RESPECT. THESE FOLKS HAVE LIED SINCE DAY ONE. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT A BUSINESS IS ALLOWED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THE I WAY I HAVE BEEN STRUNG ALONG. I BELIEVE I HAVE WAITED PATIENTLY. I DEMAND MY REFUND AS PROMISED. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING MY LAWYER AND DICUSSING THIS MATTER.Desired Settlement: I WANT CASH THE SAME WAY I PAID SINCE MY REFUND IS WELL OVER DUE.
