of exchange. When Mrs. [redacted] brought the dress back for exchange, it was stained, dirty and along with that, it had a strong food and make up odor. She claimed we took the tag off, but it was not attached. She left the dress on the counter without properly asking it. In the complain she especially states that she left the dress on the counter with tags in the bag. If there was any misunderstanding we apologize, but we would never sell any piece of clothing that was not in condition for purchase. We have the video camera and dress as evidence to support our version of the situation.

The dress had marks on it when I got it home. My statements stands from before. There was NO FOOD ODOR OR MAKE UP ODOR, I NEVER WORE THE DRESS. Perhaps they should take a second look at the video (it would show them taking the tags off since they were on the dress when I returned it in the bag). I did in fact leave the dress at the counter and told the sales clerk that I was returning the dress for an exchange or refund as it was damaged. I also indicated that the receipt was in the bag and the tags were still on the dress.
