I ordered a genuine oak wood derby walking cane with oak shaft and brass embossed collar. The handle is upwardly curved, which makes it very uncomfortable to use.
I requested a refund from the company and was told that they would subtract a 30 % restocking fee and that I would have to pay the return shipping. So if I returned the cane I would get back only a small portion of what I paid.
