I had to do business with this companies other identity, Pressgeek.comThe service is awfulI frequently called this company to inquire about the status of my order and was constantly reassured that everything was okIt took them days to send me a proof (their own policy is hours) and I only received that because I demanded to speak with someone about my long delayed orderWhen someone did finally talk to me, she told me she had sent the email and that I must not have received it, implying I did something wrongI combed through my emails and found nothing regarding pressgeek or my orderI finally received the proof and approved itIt then took weeks for them to finish printing the itemsAgain I had to call because I received no updates or info about my orderI was then told that they "forgot" to send my orderFORGOT!?!?! I ordered on November 21st and it is currently Dec 16thand I still do not have my orderI ordered holiday themed cards to mail out and they are worthless nowEvery single time I called this company over the past weeks (6-times), they always had an excuse as to why my order wasn't finishedA few times they tried to imply that it was my fault somehowI submitted the proper artwork the day I ordered and paidThis company is awful and full of excuses on why they can't deliver on the 100's of dollars of product I orderedI was then told that I would receive a credit for the issue and that I would receive an email detailing the amount of creditNot only did I not receive this email, but I have never heard from this company againThey do not respond to negative feedback submitted to the Revdex.com and are eager to hawith you when you call to discuss their shortcomings on a product you have already paid forHands down the worst company I have dealt with since being in businessSTAY AWAY!!
I have been doing business with Printharmony since June of I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the high quality work that they do! They are very professional and have helped me many times with artwork issues advising me on various layout conflicts before going to printThe staff is kind and courteous I put a lot of time and effort into my work before submitting it online and I'm ALWAYS so very pleased with the superb printing results I receive from Printharmony! Wonderful people to do business with
Fantastic company! I've been using them since 2010 and haven't been disappointed. My orders are on time, every time, printed exactly the way I want them. The color is consistent and their pricing is great. I've only had 1 order that wasn't to my satisfaction, and they took care of it right away. I recommend them to all of my clients (I'm a designer).
Beware!! Do not use this printer at all. They will not refund or reprint any brochure when they are the ones that make the mistake. Terrible printer and even terrible customer service. Just don't do it, use someone else.

Excellent experience. On time delivery and very helpful service. The brochures were perfect and shipped 2 days early.
