Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: In regards to Fashionlacewigs response: Concern, customer orders a unit from ioffer.com, and did wrong compliant on fashionlacewigs.com Yes I did order from Ifforbut according to Iffors policy: "Offer is a marketplaceWe provide stores (the platform), but independent sellers manage their inventory, sales and shippingUnfortunately, iOffer cannot refund or exchange products as we are not part of the order or payment processIf you have an issue with an order, you can report a problem and we will alert the seller": so I did the correct thing and placed the complaint against fashionlacewigs FLW Stated: She placed an order, units was made for her and she’s still stating its not made right for herShe stated that the strap was made inside outWhen it was returned, it showed no mistake on the wig cap As You can see in the first photos attached, (with the red circle showing the mistake) the purple strap is sewn on the outside of the wig, not the inside as FLW stated They had me ship the wig back to China, $shipping that I had to pay, and when I received it back, NOTHING on the wig was changed, I then had to ship it back to her and I shipped it to an address in California, again costing me another $in shipping The second wig she showed me photos of, (she never sent it) was full and thick like it was suppose to be, but the strap in the back was NOT adjustable, (next images) (she had me send her MULTIPLE photos of the right cap all had an adjustable strap, just like the first wig did) I told her it wasnt the right strap, FLW Stated: than she said density, thickness of the hair was not what she asked for, she said the hair is very thing, and not fullThen she stated that the hair is not wavy and how it’s just straight the 2nd last image attached, was the 3rd unit, as you can see, not the same density, or wave to it at allFLW Stated: Lost a lot of time and money for this customer, now all those units are in its package ready to get shipped to her, ( She told me that someone else already bought the one wig so not sure how it can be ready to be shipped to me)I just wanted what I had orderedwhich is the last photo taken from where I had ordered it, that is what I had ordered back on 7/10/ shipping on the wig as stated on Ioffer was days http://www.ioffer.com/i/european-hair-40-days-shipping-wow-158*** With this letter, you can now close the case, as she did return the money for the wigwhich was the cost of the wig $plus $for the extra large silk top and shipping $and $10) she paid me $which the $can cover the paypal fees that I had to pay Regards, C [redacted] ***
