For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not a person who is trying to pull something on this company, I sent them the purse for I wasn't sure of it value.... they are basically saying that I tried to cheat them.. I didn't send item to try to Pull one on them,, they are surpose to be experts so I mailed to them as they requested..... I NEVER saw anything stating have to pay the $25 to get it back.. I was told mail it and if they want it they would mail a check if not send it back..They are also the only company that seems to think this is not a Chanel Purse... why?? sounds shady to me maybe instead of calling me a cheat maybe they are, they keep it and resell it for the $500 they quoted me...I still want my purse back Regards Joyce [redacted]

We apologize for any inconvenience or lack of communication The initial check in the amount of $was sent from Fashionphile on October 26, We received notification on November 15th that the check was never received A stop payment was made and a new check in the amount
of $was issued on November 17, Since the check was mailed via USPS, no tracking information is provided to Fashionphile or to the consumer We apologize there wasn't communication that another check was reissued According to our records, the 2nd check was cashed on 11/27/ It appears the issue has been resolved

The supplier [redacted] was contacted on 3/22/16 to confirm her Paypal email address in order to properly process her payment as she had marked this as her preferred form payment on her ship list sent with her item as she had not provided the necessary information. Fashionphile was then able to confirm that the supplier that she had entered the Paypal email address within account however failed to hit save and proceeded to request check as her preferred form of payment on 3/29, her check payment was mailed the same day to her address provided within her online account.

not satisfied as stated the handbag was defective because it would not have peeled if it wasnt. I only used it a few times and no way should it have done that. Any decent business person would know that this was not something a designer handbag should do and if the shoes were turned I am sure any one of them would be fighting this also. I take pride in my handbags and I switch often to match outfits and I have never had even a cheaper bag do anything like this. I have had purses I have sold in [redacted] that I used often and had several years and never did they look or wear badly. I would never take advantage of any one and I am being perfectly honest when I say this purse had to be sold to me defective.....sorry but a high end handbag just doesnt do this!

[redacted] Handbag on 2-29-2016. Here at Fashionphile we have a 30 day return policy to include a Free Fedex return label should the customer choose to send the item back for a full refund.
Our business is based on the resale of pre owned luxury items, therefore we do not warranty normal wear to the items once they have been purchased and carried.

We received customer item Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Neverfull Pochette on Friday May 13th to our warehouse. The item completed processing May 25th and payment was completed on May 26th,   a total 9 business days.Admittedly our processing time is generally not that...

excessive, we were going through many company wide changes in regards to staffing and operational process, causing unexpected delays.
