Terrible customer service! Website states that orders are processed within 1-business days, it took over a week for this company to process my orderNot only did it take so long, but they only responded to my emails when I made complaints on their IG pageEven when they responded, I was given the run around several timesFirst they said that they would process my purchase the following Monday, then it turned to Tuesday, and then I just cancelled my order altogether! Buyer Beware! The owner also deletes all bad comments and reviews so do not be fooled! I have all of our communications in writing as well as screenshots of everything!

her a refund if that was what she wanted. [redacted] advised us that she would wait another week or so, and if the style didn't arrive to our warehouse by then she would be interested in a refund. On January 30", 2016 we issued [redacted] a refund because the item wasn't received in our warehouse on that date.
