June 16, 2014To Whom it Concerns:I received a service request from [redacted] for this customer on 4/28/to do service on 5/6/in the afternoonCall the customer and he stated that his washer was not working and that I need to get it fix right awayI am the only repairman for my business as I am self-employedHe needed me to come I believe after 4pmI told him that my fee was $and that covered my travel to his house and 1/hour of serviceHe is approxmiles from my businessThe call was to be cash on completion.He said that he wanted me to come and check his washer this was on 4/28/I made arrangement to go on Friday, April 30th, When checking his washer, found that the red wire from the capacitor to the motor was broken off and repaired the wire & checked and the washer workedHe was also there at the time of the repairThe bill was for service call-$and connector-cents and sales tax- = total of I do not get to his area that often and made a special trip for himI do work for several manufacturers under warranty and also non-warranty serviceAfter receiving his complaint, from you I also tried calling him several times during last week and finally got a hold of him on Sunday, June 15th to which he stated that he had gotten the washer fixedI feel that I do not need to return his money as it seemed according to his complain, it took him until 5/28/to call me back to tell me that his washer was not workingI know I didn't response to his calls but as I said I am the only repairman and at that time I had several appointments scheduled and was not going to be his areaHe did not purchase the washer from me and it was out of warranty through [redacted] otherwise he would not had to paid for the service call.If you need any other information or have questions, please contact me at fasoldsapplianceGoyahoo.com.Jeffrey F*

June ?17, ?2014To whom it may concern, As is quite evident, I am not pleased with the response, and therefore in rejection I was first contacted by Fasold's on April 30th, while assisting a roommate, moving in He wanted to come do the repair at that time, and I permitted him to come to my home, with short notice He arrived, about an hour later, and I showed him to the appliance Minutes passed, he emerged from the basement and was excited to tell me that he knew what the problem was A few more minutes later, he informed me that the repair was successful He assured me, at that time, that it was fully functioning, and was paid We spoke about his business, and his brother for awhile, before He left The first time the unit was used (by my roommate), it did not function, properly When I used it, it did seem to operate normally, twice I contacted him, on May 28, 2014, as soon as it ceased to function Additional attempts were made, to contact him, on the 29th, and the 30th, to no avail Jeff F*, finally called me on June 15th, after receiving the Revdex.com complaintIn the interim, I summoned another service man to repair the unit, (also dispatched by [redacted] ) and had a totally different approach He had a manual for that specific machine, ran a diagnostics test via a hand-held device and the internal computer, and instantly found the faulty part He got the job done, with an iron-clad guarantee on the work The service (Fasold's) was inadequate, and unprofessional; and that is why I am insisting on a complete refund Sincerely,

few more minutes later, he informed me that the repair was successful. He assured me, at that time, that it was
