I have spoken via email with the clientWe had some maintenance issues and were holding funds to make the repairsI will be sending Mr *** $which is the check owed for QtodayThe check number is #***

The clients account is due to be closed and all remaining funds returned by September 20th We have communicated with the owner and advise me her of this dateOnce accounting review the close out and determine what funds are remaining then we will finalize that amount with the ownerThe amounts discussed in her claim are not correct

I will send confirmation as soon as I receive it from accounting

I have agreed to pay Mr *** the balance of $on his accountWe did not manage this property but for months and because we didn't find a tenant and there were many repairs required by the owner that was never agreed upon, the owner got impatient with us and cancelled the contractHis
