I was quoted a price of $- $and was also told it would only take to 1/hours to move me It took his guys hours just to load the truck! I called the owner Mario and told him that I was not in a position to pay more money and asked him to work with me He came back with a total price of $which was $more than what I was originally quoted He was only charging me $per hour and the additional $was way over what he should have been charging I paid him $on the day of the move and asked to discuss the balance after I was settled I sat down and did the math on how much it should have been and he was over charging me A LOT more than it should have been I am sorry I would not recommend this company His workers did a great job but he is not an honest business man

Fast Action Movers of AZ is the worst moving company I have ever usedThey are very unprofessionalTrying to communicate a scheduled time to move was horrific and caused me more stressMy furniture was damaged and once it reached my destination, it hadn't been wrapped or stored properlyScratches and nicks on practically every pieceMy washer and dryer were missing, four side chairs were missingI was charged $to move me miles and it took two days to move me and they never finished the jobI was left with a house full of boxes and miscellaneous itemsI was rushed into moving which didn't allow me time to pack all my thingsI was told that they would pack for me, but what few things they did pack were just thrown in a few boxesThey came from another job with no packing materials or wrap for my furnitureThey just stacked things in the garage in no order scratching my dining room table, nicked a chunk of wood out of a dresser and scrap ed and chipped another bedroom setThere were three movers, consisting of an old man, a young man and another one who was highMy furniture is very heavy and they couldn't even move it properlyThe owner claimed he would refund some of my moneyIt took him two months or more to send me $200, $each month, still oweing me $I would never, ever recommend this fast talking, unprofessional group of is EVER! I even tipped them $and after I looked at what they did, the damages and how they half a [redacted] put my bed together, I was just so disgusted that I sat there and criedMario talks a lot of [redacted] that he doesn't back upHis crew is a complete joke and not considered professional moversI would have been better off finding someone off the street to move meDON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I'M WARNING YOU, IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FURNITURE IN GOOD CONDITION AND ALL THERE AND IN ONE PIECE!

Fast Action Movers of AZ is the worst moving company I have ever used. They are very unprofessional. Trying to communicate a scheduled time to move was horrific and caused me more stress. My furniture was damaged and once it reached my destination, it hadn't been wrapped or stored properly. Scratches and nicks on practically every piece. My washer and dryer were missing, four side chairs were missing. I was charged $800 to move me 5 miles and it took two days to move me and they never finished the job. I was left with a house full of boxes and miscellaneous items. I was rushed into moving which didn't allow me time to pack all my things. I was told that they would pack for me, but what few things they did pack were just thrown in a few boxes. They came from another job with no packing materials or wrap for my furniture. I was quoted a price of $240 - $250 and was also told it would only take 3 to 3 1/2 hours to move me. It took his guys 3 hours just to load the truck! I called the owner Mario and told him that I was not in a position to pay more money and asked him to work with me. He came back with a total price of $425.00 which was $175.00 more than what I was originally quoted. He was only charging me $65.00 per hour and the additional $175.00 was way over what he should have been charging. I paid him $260.00 on the day of the move and asked to discuss the balance after I was settled. I sat down and did the math on how much it should have been and he was over charging me A LOT more than it should have been. I am sorry I would not recommend this company. His workers did a great job but he is not an honest business man.
