I [redacted] did all work agreed upon by [redacted] , he reviewed job and made payment, he then called and asked if I would do more work for him including grinding stumps that at first he wanted left plus he wanted me to take down another tree for him as well and I gave him a very reasonable price...

which he agreed upon.[redacted] then demanded that I put other clients on hold and do his job immediately. I told [redacted] I could not do that as other customers were already on schedule and I could not put him first in line for work added after the fact. I have text messages of entire conversations.I am sorry that [redacted] is dissatisfied because he was not given priority over other people that were already scheduled, but all work that was originally agreed upon was completed. [redacted] also told me if it was a matter of money to just let him know. Money is not the issue, taking care of my customers as they are scheduled is, customer satisfaction is my top priority for all my clients, I am sorry [redacted] is not happy that I couldn't do the extra work requested when he wanted it done.Once again I have text messages proving my side of the story and I have plenty of references that will vouch for the quality of my work.    Sincerely, [redacted]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Mr. [redacted] continues to reference emotions with regard to my complaint, stating that "[redacted] is mad".  I assure that emotions are not within consideration of this complaint.  I am dissatisfied with services rendered.  I believe that Mr. [redacted] is deceitful in his business dealings and does not operate his business with integrity.
Mr. [redacted] sent 4 (four) messages by text arranging appointments with me.  I will "handle it next week" sent on 6/4/15, when I informed him our agreed work was not completed.  He used this assurance to get me to pay for the work which was not yet completed.  He confirmed I will see you "asap" on 6/5/15.  He gave this second assurance because I again had questioned work completed vs what was agreed.  He notified my on 6/13/15 that he would "take care of it".  This was again another assurance because I had questioned the work completed vs what was agreed.  He then set an appointment for 6/27/15.  He then did not show and did not call.
Is his recent rebut, he lists that "if you're on my schedule you get taken care of".  Clearly this is not the case.  As listed above, he continually assured me that he would make up for shortcomings, but neglected to come out and did not complete the agreed work.
We agreed that he would leave a couple of stumps when we discussed work, however, we did not agree that he would leave entire root systems above ground for trees that we designated for removal.
Mr. [redacted] continues to reference that he has records ("emails" - none sent? and "texts").  I ask Mr. [redacted] to review those text messages again.  I have the same.  They show that I was dissatisfied with work and that I ask that he resolve.  I even offered additional money so that he would complete what we had originally agreed on.
I should have researched this company prior to hire.  I now know that Fast & Affordable Tree Service has a "C" rating by the  This is due to problems with product/service and complaints. 
Now that I have researched Mr. [redacted]'s company, I realize that there are several complaints and issues out there.  The complaints are similar to the complaint that I have filed.  "promised to be there, but wasn't", "assured me he would come by, but didn't", "did not complete agreed work".
I am dissatisfied with work rendered, for which I have paid in full.  I ask that this business rectifies and completes agreed services or provides a refund.

all work was completed by my company [redacted] is mad because I would not give him priority service on extras that he wanted to add to the job and he wanted me to push clients aside and give him priority on service I do not do business that way first come first serve and if you're on my schedule you get taken care of before other people I am sorry that he is not happy that he could not have priority service but all were contracted was completed and finished and I have emails and text messages to prove this thank you very much for your concern sincerely [redacted]
