Horrible first experience. Very unprofessional, unorganized and the "owner" was very rude and disrespectful using profanity toward me (a customer).
Sunday, February 23rd I went to get tint placed on all of my windows of my car. I was quoted a price and a time frame of two hours. The employee made me pay for my tint before my car was even getting serviced. He stated that there was a list and it shouldn't be long, showing me my spot in line on the list. Two hours has passed and my car still isn't even being serviced. Customers that came after me for tint were being serviced AND completed before me. (There are no appointments so it's first come first serve basis). I asked to speak to the owner and the employee put me on the phone with him. He rudely said,"this is my day off, my workers are going by a list and your car will be done soon. He doesn't care if my car was pulled in and out of the servicing area without being finished to start someone else's car because it's his off day". Now I am truly ***. The owner comes in the shop after a few hours, yelling "I want to speak to the female that wants to tell me how to run my business, I don't give a ''f'' what time frame my employees gave you, it doesn't matter." Now we are arguing back and forth meanwhile customers that came after me for the SAME service are finished. The owner was very disrespectful because I advised him setting an expectation and keeping customers updated is essential. You do not have an employee come to me as a customer every hour saying "your car is next", that is unacceptable. This was my first time at the establishment and the owner was laughing and joking with the customers after me who got finished first, so I assume they knew each other on a personal level. That still doesn't give the owner the right to treat me poorly and make me wait for a service I paid for just like everyone else. My two hour tint, turned into a SIX hour tint job. Then I get in my car and there are scratches in the tint and I had to get some windows REDONE on top of the six hours I already spent at this establishment. On top of all of that they were smoking marijuana throughout the establishment and the bathroom was smelly and filthy.

Desired Outcome

At the very least like to receive a discount off the full price I paid for a two hour service on my car, that I waited six hours for. The tint really should be free because of how disrespectful the owner was but some of my money back will suffice.

Purchased a car from fast and friendly auto sales on 2/9/2019 before I left off the lot I asked them was anything wrong with the car and they told me nothing was wrong. I ended up noticing that the passenger side window button didnt work from the driver side but it worked on the passenger side and the rear view mirror on the passenger side doesn't move from the driver side as well. I've notified them through texts and phone but they always say they'll let me know but they would never get back with me on the issue. ive went to the dealership on 2/26/2019 trying to get work done for the mirror and window and a guy said that they would order a part because it was a fuse blown by door. I informed Dan by text saying to let me know when the part came so I can get it fixed and he said "I gotchu". I replied "ok. thanks". but he never let me know anything. Ended up getting in an accident 3/1/2019 and its only been three weeks of me having the vehicle. Accident was caused by loose wires.

the car was sold as is I personally drove the car for over a month and had no issues at all car had current emissions and we even sold them a warranty on car so if they had any issues they can goto dealership free of charge I have a voicemail of customer drunk and intoxicated at 2 am when she crashed vehicle she is just trying to find someone to put blame on we help everyone of our customers we even told her to come in and we will take care of her

I was not drunk nor intoxicated. I have bystanders that can atest to that they were following right behind me. The tow truck driver said it was because the wiring was loose.

First and foremost I am very sorry to hear about your car and situation. No way was this anything Intended on Fast and Friendly Auto Sales LLC behalf. Fast and Friendly Auto Sales LLC is in the business of selling used cars in accordance to local and state laws which give us certain requirements when it comes to selling a used vehicle. Georgia unlike many other states requires us as a licensed dealer to obtain an emissions test for every vehicle sold in the many counties that require it. Every vehicle we purchase is checked by a certified mechanic and also driven a whole drive cycle ( based on the car 80 to 200 miles) usually done on freeway and or local roads to ensure that the car has no problems before selling to our customers. Mrs., called our salesman on 3/1 at 2:06am leaving a voicemail early in the morning which lead our staff to immediately notify her to bring the vehicle to the dealership for inspection and we also reminded her that she has a two year power train warranty if she feels more comfortable to take it to the dodge dealership.

Is there anyway you can let me know when I was notified of any information to bring the vehicle in, I have no phone records or voicemails saying otherwise. Yes this has been a very, very traumatic experience, especially whwhen the vehicle started to roll and didnt stop, I have never experienced this before. And thanks to the people that were sitting watching this unfold, it could of been worse. I just want help with this situation that there was something wrong with the gear shift, and a the tow truck drivers both noticed the wire being detached.
