Sept 15I received an email from *** *** asking how much it would cost to rent out a theater toscreen a movie that he had produced on October Ultimately, I decided to rent the theaterand the projection equipment to him to show his content for $for a 9:screening onOctober I would
have to not show a late movie on the screen that he would be using.Sept 21I told him that ideally the content would be supplied in the same format and same type of harddrive as we receive the movies from the studios, but if that wasn’t possible then getting a blurayat least a week in advance so we can test and make sure it works would be acceptable.Oct 3I told him the blu-ray approach would be best and for events like this I would like to receive halfthe fee up front.He agreed to provide a blu-ray and that it would be finished around October He offered toburn a sample with a few scenes for testing.Oct 5Said he would find a day in the next week to run up a sample blu-rayOct 11Said he wanted to come in on Monday to do the testOct 12Told him I’ll be at the theater on Monday but would need to get my tech support guy in to makesure everything was working properly as the Milwaukee Film Festival had been using thetheater for the previous weeks.Sometime after the 12th he brought up a sample blu-ray for testingIt didn’t work on the blurayplayer that was already here but I took it home and tested it on my personal player, a PS3,and it workedI brought that into the theater and had the tech guy set it up to show throughthe projectorIt was working, used it for a couple of events in late October without a problem.Oct 20*** informed me he has a final copy of the film but it will take hours to process andconvert to blu-rayOct 21Late afternoon/early evening *** calls and asks to cancel the screening for that eveningbecause he said a couple of the actors were in a car accident and in the hospitalI accepted hisreason and allowed for the cancellation of the show.Oct 24I allowed for a rescheduling on November for a 9:screeningI would not be showing the1late show of the number movie in the box office that weekend to accommodate thescreening.Nov 5I asked if he could get a copy of the blu-ray up because I wanted to test and make sure it wouldrunHe responded that he was out of town until Thursday.Nov 7I responded saying that given it is alternative content compared to what we normally show Iwould like to get it as soon as possible to make sure it looks good coming through our system.The previous sample worked so I expected this one to work as well but told him I wanted toplay it to be as safe as possible.Nov 10*** dropped off another sample blu-ray to test during the day when we were already showingmovies to customersI was unable to test the disc until Saturday morning.Nov 11I emailed him at 10:saying that the new sample blu-ray didn’t work.He asked about using the USB ports in the PSto show the contentI told him that I have neverused them so didn’t know how that would workAt 3:he emailed saying he would get uphere early to work on the issue and get the content working.Around 9:to 9:*** was not here yetI got a number to call him from someone sitting atthe barI called and left a voicemail asking when he would be hereThe guests who gave mehis number said they tried to Facebook message him because they could see he was online.They said they could tell that he read the message but didn’t respond.Between 9:and 9:another guest made an announcement in the lobby that she had justspoken to *** and that the screening would be delayed for minutesI spoke with her andasked if that was when *** was going to be showing up and she informed me that he wasalmost here.Around 9:*** walked into the theater with his laptop openHe asked for someplace toplug it in as it was running low on powerI took him to the kitchen area for an open outlet toplug intoHe said that he was having computer problems all day, referencing the “blue screenof death”He also said that he hasn’t been able to get a blu-ray to work all dayHe informedme that the last chance was for the movie to run through the program that was currentlyrunning on his computer that he said synced up the video with the soundtrackWhen I lookedat the program that was running it was at 3% completionWe watched it for a few minutes andit was still at 3%At that rate it was going to take easily over an hour (and likely several hours).I informed him that I couldn’t have employees sitting around for over an hour with the hopethat the movie would workI told him that if he could burn a blu-ray I would try it but if it didn’twork then I would have to cancel the screening because there was no content to be shownHeburned a blu-ray and I went up and tested it and it didn’t workAt this point it is close to 10:15and I told him that I have to cancel the screeningHe and his team informed the guests and heleft without saying a word to me.In summary, I agreed to supply *** with the theater and the projection equipment to screen2his movieI supplied the theater and equipment twice and he was unable to supply workingcontentI cancelled two different showings of movies that I could have had customers for toaccommodate the screening of his movieI believe that I held up my end of the arrangementand am due the remaining half of the fee, but I am willing to forgo that in an effort to put thisissue in the past.*** ***Fox Bay Cinema Grill

Unfortunately *** likes to talk but little what he says is fact or honestFor example, I dropped off a Blu-ray disk on Friday, November at about 4;30pmI saved a Snapchat I took in front of the theater stamped about 5pm when I leftI was told they would test it that nightI did not get an email until mid-day on the 11thIt's time stamped 1:17pmNow *** stated 10:30am, so AWhy did he not test it when he said he would to give me a full day to do something else? BWhy does Google have a two hour difference in the stated time this email was sent? *** has a history of lies and incompetenceWhen I asked for information about how the disk needed to be recorded, he did not have any answersHe in fact told me he had never even made a Blu-ray disk before, so how does a business who offers a service operate when they cannot supply any information on their needs? Why was his to players the only two players on the earth that could not play the disk I made while there? The thing is, I made a disk that night that only myself and *** touched, we have his finger prints on itIt plays anywhereI will gladly provide it, let you get the prints off it, and allow anyone to test it anywhere to prove my pointThe fact is ***'s tech failed and that theater failed to provide the service I paid for and I demand a full refundI am trying to make it easy by giving him the chance to rectify this situation on his ownHe has made a threat directly to me that he will destroy my business if I and my associates pursue this matterI have it documentedI also have other people who have complained about the theater in the past attacked by theater staff, for example on March 31, a lady named Jennifer *** complained on their Facebook page about the service she received only to be attacked by an employee of the theater named Sarah ***They fraudulently tried to bury criticism on their feedback, between October and November 11, they had gotten two feedbacks and when we started posting complaints, all of the sudden they got a bunch of new ones, three were deemed fake accounts by Facebook and removed and Facebook can verify this as I have these namesThis is a prime example of a business that took money from a little guy and failed to provide a serviceAs I have said, my event was scheduled from 9:30pm until 11:pm*** stopped the event at 10pm, even sending staff home around 9:45pm, I am sure an investigation of his time cards will verify that as long as he doesn't try to change thatHe is saying he will let the other half I owe go to forget about this and move on? He owes me for failing to provide a serviceHe even lied to me about his position, he said he was a manager, he said he was only there for a few months and didn't know they system, he then said he was the *** in the endThis man cannot be trustedI have affidavits signed by over people there that night who felt they were treated poorly by the *** and staff and blame them since they have all seen the disk play outside the theater, again, *** and I are the only people to touch it and his fingerprints are on it and I will let anyone verify thisI will not drop this until I am refunded the full amount I paid forI have reported their scam to numerous agencies and if it cannot be rectified, due to the threats made by *** and the crew of the theater which are well documented, we will pursue the matter in court, we have already started this process and hope to avoid it, but they are leaving me little choiceWe are also planning a protest in front of the theater on the weekend of December 15-over the matters at handWe have media coverage ready and we have the authorization neededWe also have several groups upset due to certain issues that happened this nightWe want to be sure others don't suffer from threats and know what this business didI will relentlessly pursue this matter for years if I have to and drag it out as far as it will goThis is between right and wrongThis business, this man *** failed to provide the service I paid for and that isn't right, plain and simpleHe called it when his equipment failed, he called it after minutesHe sent many on the staff away earlyI will let this go when I am refunded the full amount and I will make sure the world knows what is happening until the right thing is done.I want to add this: Rereading all the statements made by *** *** here, I'd also like to say that the Blu-ray I made was time stamped as wellIt's time stamped at 940pm as it's creation timeThus is the same disk that will have his finger prints on it so there can be no doubt about the authenticity. That means it started at that pointHe keeps claiming I came in at which is false, I was there at 930pm when the event was to startWe were suppose to have hours, the film being an hour and minutes long, weren't planning to start until to 10:15pm. When I came in I offered to make a digital file vs a blu-ray which was at 13% and would have taken about minutes still outing us within the timeHe refused to open the kitchen which was part of our agreementWe had a lot of unhappy people who wanted food and we're refused service. Another thing to look at is this, states that on October 20 that I said it takes hours to create a blu-ray, which is nor exactly what I said, I said it takes hours to create a new format for the blu-ray, so if I needed to change so n ething, like a scene or sound or a codec, it would need that time to process a new image, burning only takes 10-minutes, but *** having no knowledge of the process doesn't understand these differencesHe was also aware that I lived an hour and minutes away, he had asjed me why I was wearing a Bears hoodie and Brewers hat and I told him then I lived in Illinois close to the boarder and told him twice after it took that long to get up there so admitting he knew that the process took that long and knowing how far away away I was, even if he messaged me at 10:30am on November and I stared immediately and left the second the new disk was ready and there was no traffic, it would have taken me until pm to do it all with that notice, create, burn and leaveBut again, the email I got is timed after pm and I didn't see it until after 2pm. He had my phone number, I gave it to him at our first meeting, he could have called, they also claimed in a response on their Facebook page they called me several times the night of, so they had to use something, I mean even though if you check my phone records which I am more than willing to allow, there were never any calls to me that night, even though they claim to have and it's documentedBut, they had that disk before 5pm on Friday the 10th and they waited to tell me until the next day giving me less time then I would need and knowing it as *** actually admitted in his response which could explain he set me up to fail, he refused service and sent his staff home early and why he claimed the disk never workedIt's all there in his own words.Another claim I want to address is in his November response he claimed to call, but like I said, I am more then willing to allow anyone to contact my phone provider directly for call records and you that will prove I never got any calls from them and show undisputable proof of these lies.I also want to say if you check all their pervious weeks of screenings, all their shows ended before 9pm or around itWe were doing this late to avoid screenings of films they were showing, which was also discussed in emailsNow we never requested the biggest theater, the largest possible number I ever gave him was which the smallest theater would have been fine and we're never in use that lateAll the evidence is readily availible to prove my points and I am eager to share it all so people will see *** for exactly what he is, bit you can read his own words and time line as I outlined to prove my pointHe owes me and my audience our $275 back for all thisI also mentioned this before but when I dropped the first disk off, he couldn't test it then because of tech issues which took several days to resolve, what's to say those issues were still not happening at this point? Like I said, I will pursue this matter until it's resolved and I am refunded if it takes years
