Her brother (Mr*** ***) is and he scheduled and paid for the service for their mother's dryer He is
very happy with the service we provided This woman did not schedule the service, was not present for the service and did not pay for the service This job was completed on 06/23/and the dryer is working at this time
It should be noted that MrWashington called our office on 06/22/apologizing for his sisters actions and told us to ignore any future phone calls from her They seemed to be having a personal conflict of some sortSincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: settlement release letter not satisfactoryBusiness would like to restrict my ability to post their business practice...for example, they evidently send unqualified technician to state a expensive part needs to be replaced, then fortunately for me, that part wasn't availableI googled the trouble & low & behold, the door latch never appeared as a correctionMyself & my husband located the thermal cut-off on the rear of the oven, I proceeded to take it to a parts store on brandingThe tech there proceeded to measure the ohms, pushed the reset button (which I mistakenly thought was a fuse) & stated it worked fineTo replace it only if it goes outBeing burned once I was hesitant to give it a go but I took the original part home & reinstalled itGuess what, my oven works fineSo therefore, I'm assuming that the repairman sent out initially should have found & corrected the trouble on the same dayNot leaving me with no contact until a complaint was filedI did agree to a reasonable service charge to settle this matter, however I did not agree to $which is what they've offered, nor am I signing away my rights to post or contact the news mediaThis is evidently how this business keeps their A+ rating, which is highly misleading

The [redacted]'s are entitled to a full refund and I am working on getting it processed.  As they have already initialed a dispute with their credit card company I have to wait for that documentation.  [redacted] is no longer working for our company.  I am sincerely regretful Mrs. [redacted]...

felt pressured into a repair she wasn't sure of.  That is not how we conduct business at Fast Appliance Service and subsequently is why [redacted] was with us for a very short period as he did not represent our company for the values we stand for. 
Mr. [redacted]'s request for a full refund will be honored.

I had called on a sunday, woman answered, sounded like she was in a car with a bunch of kids!! said she could give me a appointment tomorrow which was monday, but couldn't give me a time, so I called Monday morning at 10:00am...to get a time, she still couldn't give me a time frame, all she said was someone would call when they were in route to my house. I explained to her that I needed to go out..so then she blurts out somebody will be there between 12:00 and 4:00 so I sit here and I wait and I wait and I wait, then my phone rings at 3:49 and it's the lady telling me that they need to reschedule, they are not going to make it to me today after I sat around all day. I believe they knew they were not going to make it to me ..when I called Sunday she gave me a appointment for the next day.. just to keep me as a potential Customer. If she had told me next appointment isn't till Tuesday I would have keep looking ..so now I'm annoyed ,so she says someone will be there tomorrow, I said what time. ? Between 8-10am, now its tuesday and the guy calls at 10:00am, and says he will be here in 20 minutes. .to diagnosis refrigerator, which is $85.....I already did my research so I know what's wrong with it... he comes up with same thing...starts off at $528 for a repair on a 10 yr old refrig,..I said are you nuts? now he says I can give you a 10% discount -$52.80, I said it's still to much, he knocks off another $25, they jack up price, then make you feel like there giving you all these discounts... now as he's standing here I call another service place to get price of the part, it was $102..now repair guy drops his price again by $46.25 now we started at $528 -$52.50 -$25.-$46.25...now we are down to $404.25 with a $85 service charge....now he goes to the parts place to get the part. ..calls me and says part is $200, and his price is now $450 plus tax, so now we are almost back to the $528... I happend to be calling the parts place that they use, because after he left I saw it on the business card he had given me, however the guy in the store didn't want to give me a price for the part. ..as he had me on hold , the repair man was calling me from the parts place, so I believe they were in kahootz!!...then repair man got very agitated saying, " I have plenty of work you either do the repair or you dont"..I chose NOT to do repair with this company they seem very shady!! Got 2 other estimates and they were both close in price.. $331 & $335 for diagnos, parts, labor and tax!!..I did my homework this time and I'm going with the one who has better reviews!! I wasted $85 .

Unfortunately, the part needed to repair Mrs. [redacted]'s oven is still on "National Backorder."
We have spoken to Mrs. [redacted] and have agreed to issue a courtesy refund.  I emailed a Settlement & Release letter to her this morning.  Once it is signed and...

returned we will issue a credit back to her credit card.

Took more than a week to get my Washer repaired. Monday ordered the part, Thursday had the part, was supposed to install the new part on Friday after 2pm. Waited until 8pm that night, no one showed up, no one called. When calling them, they stated they were a "little behind" but would be there. Monday morning called and was told they were closed due to holiday (Columbus day). Luckily when the guy showed up at 4:30pm, someone was at home and was able to let him in, repair the part and pay the difference. Again, no one called to let me know they were coming that day.

8/13/2015 - Very dis-satisfied with this service from this company. Technician determined the problem with my G.E. refrigerator to be the main electronic board. After having the board replaced, paying $694.51, and waiting 24 hours for the refrigerator "to cool down" it still did not work. I stopped payment on the checks given to the company for the repair and settled the dispute by paying $85.00 for the "service call" plus $193.00 for the "replacement part". I then went out and bought a new refrigerator ! Education is expensive and one usually doesn't get a second chance to make a good first impression.

The expected result from the work performed was satisfactory.
However,they took advantage by convincing me my machine
would cost more to repair than other machines by at least $150.
After some minor investigation, it was determined that the parts used
were common to almost every washing machine sold. I was charged $370
to install a $39.95 lid cover switch that took 50 minutes of labor. Further, The
manufacturer's video on this repair should simple how to steps. The fee should have been no more than $135 for this type of repair.

[redacted] the technician was wonderful. Very customer service oriented and a positive personality. He listened to the issues we were having with three of our appliances and took the initiative and extra step to correct all the issues properly prior to leaving our home.
I did not care for the main office customer service as it took over a month to receive our accessories that we needed for the dishwasher and oven, we had to call the office to get updates, no one ever called us. Follow up is not one of this company's strengths.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10682545.  The matter has been resolved and the dryer is fixed. 
However, my complaint about the customer service of this company is COMPLETELY VALID. Though payment to the invoice was made through my brother, [redacted], (the name which this "business" has misspelled) Jessie O is NOT privy to our family's finances or relationships, so the fact that she commented on either..well that speaks to how unprofessional this "company" is. The bottom line is this..the agreed to terms between this "company" and my brother was the repair was supposed to be made on 06/22/2015 between 12 pm and 2 pm and it wasn't. Any reputable company would have attempted to send another repairman out same day, or reduced the cost of the service, as it was not provided in the promised time frame. Given the cost of this service (over $400, which, yes I DID HELP PAY FOR), you would think this is the LEAST they could do.  Since this company did neither of these things, well again it speaks to how this company operates.  
At this point, what's done is done.  Payment has been made, the dryer fixed, and we will, hopefully, not have to deal with this "company" again. Given the fact that we cannot verify the parts that this "company" installed are new parts, we will see how it turns out.
