CUSTOMER CALLED TO ORDER ENGINE BLOCK OVER THE PHONE ON 07/15/AND WANTED TO PICK IT UP THE FOLLOWING DAYWE TOLD THE CUSTOMER HE HAD TO PAY DEPOSIT FOR US TO MAKE IT READY FOR HIMHE PAID A $DEPOSIT TOWARDS THE END OF THE DAYWE SAID WE WOULD TRY TO MAKE IT TOWARDS THE END OF THE DAY ON SATURDAYTHE CUSTOMER CAME ON SATURDAY MORNING AND STARTED COMPLAINING WHY IT WASN'T READY YETCUSTOMER WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY BUT WE JUMPED A FEW ORDERS AND STARTED HISWE GOT THE BLOCK READY AND CUSTOMER PAID BALANCE AND HE TOOK OFFCUSTOMER CALLED LATER AND SAID THE ENGINE WAS KNOCKINGWE DONT HAVE LABOR WARRANTY BUT WE TOLD HIM TO BRING THE CAR DOWN OR JUST THE ENGINE AND WE WILL TAKE A LOOK SINCE HE HAD A DAY WARRANTYIF THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE BLOCK THEN WILL REPAIR ITHE BROUGHT THE BLOCK AFTER THE WARRANTY WAS VOIDED (DAY WARRANTY) ON 08/23/THE BLOCK IS STILL HERE AT FAST AUTOTHE CUSTOMER CAN COME PICK IT UP DURING BUSINESS HOURS

they NEVER once had to pull an engine they flat lied to myself and now the Revdex.comafter waiting a month we received an engine that they had pulled months before the order was placed (according to Alex the owner of the yard from his own mouth) and was left sitting in their yard in the mudthey could not even tell me if it was low miles or not what vehicle it came out of or an explanation for why it took them so longThe engine had oil and water mixed dripping out of the water pump and when I pulled the oil plug water and sand came out! The quality of the product is not why I am refusing to accept their response is because they lie to the consumer AND LIE IN THEIR RESPONSES TO THE BETTER BUISNESSThe engine was ready at the time we placed our order but they felt the need to waste my time has and money by telling me it needed to be pulled stillThis is how the customer is treated at FAST AUTO WRECKING LCC OF BATTLEGROUND WASHINGTON.Sincerely,*** ***

SATURDAY. THE CUSTOMER CAME ON SATURDAY MORNING AND STARTED COMPLAINING WHY IT WASN'T READY YET. CUSTOMER WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY BUT WE JUMPED A FEW ORDERS AND STARTED HIS. WE GOT THE BLOCK READY AND CUSTOMER PAID BALANCE AND HE TOOK OFF. solution. I still request that there be some resolution to this problem, as requested in the complaint. I actually expected them to not respond at all, and that would have been recorded. But recording it as a solution isn't acceptable for all of this trouble.
