We have a similar bad experience with Fast Cash Auto Solutions. We got a loan of $18,000 from this company and the one day late payment they took our vehicle which is worth $80,000. In my opinion, they are scammers. If you want, you can email me at [email protected]

Fast Cash Auto SolutionsMarch 21, 2017RE: Vehicle financing - [redacted] VIN: [redacted] To Whom it May Concern,The complainant was provided a vehicle title loan complainant was given thorough explanation as it pertained to all costs associated with the loanThe complainant asked why his loan was not the exact same as the loan shown onlineIt was explained that he was reading an example of a typical loan that we provide, and that we do not provide the exact same loan amount, rate, and fee with every single customer we have, as that would not be possibleCustomers request different loan amounts, for different periods of time, using different amounts of equity, and as such are provided different loans from one customer to the next.In regards to repossession of the above mentioned vehicle, prior to obtaining the loan the complainant assured Fast Cash Auto Solutions that the vehicle had full collision coverage as that is a requirement of the loanOnce the loan was completed it was discovered that this was not trueAt that point the complainant was instructed numerous times that full insurance coverage was a condition of the loan, he chose at first to not respond, and after numerous attempts to contact we were able to speak to him at which point he stated he could not afford coverage and would not be getting full coverageIt was clearly and repeatedly explained that this would put his 'loan in defaultThe complainant chose to stop communication with our office at that timeOne month after receiving the loan, that was already in default, the complainant's payment was dueHe did not make his payment and failed to respond to numerous attempts to contact himBased on these factors; lack of insurance, failure to make payment, and failure to respond, the file was sent to default and repossession occurred.Upon repossession the complainant refused to provide a vehicle key, and as such a new one was orderedUpon receipt of this key all of the complainants personal belongings will be available for pickup at our office[redacted]

I would be able to but seeing as all my important papers are in my carThey are withholding even my info on my accident claims with all my signatures etc
