I received a basic car wash and returned home to finish drying my vehicleIt was then that I found there was soap residue over my entire vehicleI returned to the car wash the following morning to show them and request another wash to remove the soapI was denied a free wash to remove the soap and was told that I must have pulled out of the dryers too soonI don't believe this is even possible, but even if it was, I'm certain there should not be soap on my vehicle when it is being dried
I have made several attempts to contact someone regarding this matter, including a personal visit to the location and several phone calls/messages to phone number ***I was declined in person, and I get no answer or return call from this number
I have several pictures available upon request
I signed up for their monthly wash pass After using their wash the first time I wasn't happy because soap was left in recesses on my car that was blown all over the car when going through the dryers I thought it may have just been something with the equipment so I went through a second time the next week The same thing I've tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages about canceling my monthly membership and have not heard anything backYou cannot pull into this establishment to talk to someone as the only driveway in takes you through the wash line
Now I have been charged for another month ($39.99) for services I cannot use and still, no return call All calls go to voicemail at this establishment as well as the related business in Mesa

My car was damaged in the drive through of Fast Clean Car WashMy car was not damaged prior to this incident, I am the only driver The attendants were aware of the issue and stopped our cars while in the wash but did not approach me with any explanation at any time either in the car wash or after we exited.
I have pictures of the damage, I showed the damage to the attendant.
The incident was described accurately in my initial complaint and contained no "misstatements or mischaracterizations"
The paper I filled out was a description of the damage, not an agreement to return at a later dateThe car wash manager was on premises at the time and I informed him that I would not be returning as they were aggressive and rude but my insurance company would be contacting them.
Neither I nor my insurance adjuster have been able to obtain the name of a responsible party or insurance information from the car wash
I know that I paid for the highest priced wash plus over dollars in damage to my vehicle.

A third party bumped their vehicle into the back of the complainant's vehicle while it happened to be on the premises of Fast Clean Car Wash Company. The direct and proximate cause of the complainant's...
loss,if any, is attributable to the negligence of the third party who bumped their vehicle into the back of the complainant's vehicle.
The complainant was told that the third party was at fault. The complainant's vehicle is a large Chevrolet Suburban. The Suburban has a trailer hitch protruding from the back bumper. The vehicle that bumped into the Suburban was a Honda Ac cord. The attendant on duty who witnessed the incident observed no damage to either vehicle. The Honda Accord left the premises. There is a vast difference between the relative size of these two vehicles. It defies logic that a small car with a low speed impact into the rear of a Suburban with a trailer hitch would damage the tailgate and right rear bumper. The attendant on duty observed no damage to the Honda's front bumper or to back of the Suburban.
Another attendant reviewed the video of both vehicles exiting the wash. The Suburban completed the normal wash process. The Honda had no damage to the horizontal bumper surface which wou ld have contacted the trailer hitch.
Sometimes people are in an incident and first notice damage that has previously occurred. The previous damage may have happened in a parking lot, or when another person was driving the ir vehicle. This may be the case here.
The complainant signed an incident report on April 25, 2014 acknowledging her appointment to review this incident with t he Manager. The appointment was for May 3, 2014 between 9:30a .m. and 11:30 a.m. The complainant did not show up for her appointment. She did not call to cancel or re-schedule .
The complainant states that she paid $16.00 for her car wash. That is not true. The most expensive car wash service offered is $11.99.
In conclusion, any damages, if any, the complainant has incurred are attributable to a third party. The complainant has made misstatements about this incident and has mischaracterized this incident.
