Review: I got into a car accident on jan. * 2014 and brought my 2004 mitsubishi galant to fast collision & towing 1 inc. I received the check in the amt.of $3450.00 from the other parties insur. Which was the amt to fix the car . It is 4 mnths in his possession n has yet fixed anything on the car. Every week I am told its being worked on which they have been lying to me from the beginning.Desired Settlement: I just want him to fix it by April **, 2014 or if it can be done to give me the full amt. He received from me & my car & I will take it to someone who can do the job.

Review: My car was towed from [redacted] in Brooklyn on 12/**/13.I was parked partially in a driveway. The car was towed to [redacted]e a distance of less than 2 miles. The sign above the garage door stated towing would cost $ 100.00 for the tow,$50 for the drop & 17.50 a day. I tried to retrieve my car on the [redacted]. from Fast Towing but was informed that they weren't taking credit cards & I had to pay in cash. I didn't have it. I went the following day an paid $ 571.00 in cash. I couldn't get a detailed explanation of the charges but I do have a receipt. The receipt includes "Boot", "Prep" "winching". I don't know what these terms mean. Lastly, I thought it law that a vehicle must get ticket before it is towed. There was no ticket.Desired Settlement: By my calculation . The tow company is entitled to $220.00 I 'd like the difference

Review: I went to this shop to get an estimate on how much my car was going to cost to get repair because I was involved in a accident but I never agreed to get it repair there, so they told me to leave the car and come back the next day to pick it up but when I came back the next day they told me that they had to contact my insurance and get somebody from there to get me a estimate because this was an insurance matter since there was another car involved in the accident, after I got my estimate they told me I owed 8,000 us dollars and that if I wanted my car back I had to pay that. They made up a whole bunch of bogus charges, they don't want to return my car if I don't pay that excessive amount of money when they haven't even fixed my car or nothing, for example they charging towing fees when I really drove my car there and also other charges include paper work and dismantling to check the damage when the car didn't get dismantled or anything it just got checked thru the outside. So in other words they want to charge 8,000 for nothing. Also this place has been known for doing the same to other people in a previous location.Desired Settlement: I would like the car back in the same condition I took it, that's all I want, I don't want them to fix it or nothing I just want it back.
