Mr*** did pay for a paint job , we have had to wait for the painter to reimburse us, we just got the reimbursement from him and I will now be sending him his money backHe is asking for a dollars the paint was 850, when I look back at his work order my program did not charge him tax and if it would had tax is 8.25% that only comes to his math is offHe also has made numerous complaints now against us all of which you at the Revdex.com have dismissed, he is been putting slander out about us and claiming we did things that we had never touched, at this point I will refund him what he is owedHe has sent two e mails one in which I could not read the other has been just recently unfortunately had not seen it till the day before I got one from you and had not had a chance to reply
I have attached the bill , you can look and see that there is no tax on the paint, as far as the work being wrong or sub par I have seen no prof of such and some things Mr*** is claiming were not touched in this shop
When *** *** dropped the motorcycle off he informed us it would be a year that we had to do the work , he changed his mind on that after mos, saying he wanted it back but still had no place to put itHis talking about a front end and springs cut we have no idea about that for we never worked on that part of his bike, as for the rear springs they we cut them around two years ago , they were hitting his saddle bags, he was here when we did that and told us to do it.The front wheel came as a kit with spacers and all that is how the company that made it set it up the motorcycle tracked good and handled like it should, the fenders and paint work I had to get from the person I had painting it , he did not get the paint done , I do not want to be liable for shipping and have *** *** parts get damaged , I would reimburse him for the cost of the paint and that is all I figure that is owed , if he demands I ship him the parts I will be taking shipping and handling out of the monies owedThe rear tire he was talking about we did out a instead of a the was rubbing the is the recommended tire for that make and model

We have been working on it at a slower pace do to it not having a rush when it came in, at this point work except for the paint , which is out sourced, is done I have talked to Mr. [redacted] since he sent the complaint to you and he has informed me he will be here on [redacted] to pick it up. The resolution to this is to have it done, as far as us paying for his transport and trip to get the motorcycle , he would have had to spend that money no matter what the time frame was to complete it, so I',m not sure how he justifies us paying for the trip. Mr. [redacted] has been a customer of the shop for over 4 years.

I brought my motorcycle to [redacted] in March, 2014. I picked it up in Oct. 2014, the motorcycle was completely messed up from him. I took it to a real mechanic and he fixed everything [redacted] had messed up. I had paid [redacted] in Oct. 2014 for a paint job too. It was approximately $1000.00 including tax. The parts were never painted and I still haven't been reimbursed for the paint job. I want my money back. I have emailed him on several occasions and get no response from him. I think he should be closed down due to incompetence and thievery.
