Review: I CALLED TO HAVE THIS COMPANY REPAIR A ISSUE WITH THE ICE MAKER. AFTER THE REPAIR WHICH I PAID 290.00 THE ICE MAKER WAS NOT FIXED.

AFTER THE REPAIR THE ICE MAKER WAS THE SAME AS IT WAS BEFORE THE REPAIR. I HAD ASKED [redacted] BEFORE THE REPAIR IF HE WAS POSITIVE THIS WOULD FIX IT. HE REPLIED YES IT NEEDS A FREON CHARGE. AFTER THE FAILED REPAIR I CALLED AND [redacted] CAME AGAIN AND THEN SAID IT WAS THE COMPRESSOR. SO THE 290.00 THAT I PAID WAS A USELESS CHARGEDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE MY 290.00 REFUNDED. THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME FOR A JOB THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. AFTER HAVING ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY FIX THE PROBLEM THEY AGREED THAT A FREON CHARGE WAS NEVER NEEDED AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW SENSOR WHICH CONTROLS THE ON OFF COMPRESSOR SWITCH WHICH COST ME 75 DOLLARS

Review: Worked with company couple yes BEfore to come out n fix washer and guy came out and did quick fix easy and was friendly, calling by a different number on the card wich was a 209 number no answer so we tried a 925 329 2565 where he answered and said sure we'll look at ur water heater . Tht week I had smelt gas so calls pg and e to come look the guy told me we would have to shut off water till we got a new part for water heater wich would run bout hundred bucks. This week happend to b so hot up to 103, plus I'm a stay at home mom with a baby n two small children. So we needed it fix right away. So we called 925 number as well as other n got a apt to come next day. Well long story short a guy I've never seen before with a car that says 209 appliances and doesn't shut water off bride working in it. We can hear him cursing like he new he messed up and was askin for towels n buckets. Water destroyed our new carpet we jus put in that room. So he tells my husband go get a new water heater by I broke this part so I won't charge u to install tomorrow. So we go another day without water. Husband gets water heater next day we wait for them to show and call in am. The owner he says answers finally on the 925 number and basically is saying it's our fault n their not responsabl for any damage. After fighting with him over phone I tell him to come see for hiseelf were not gona pay as guy said. So he showd up with worker who broke in first place n hidelf in a white beat up van with no name or anything a beer in his cup holder a small dog next to him and kid u not looked like he jus snorted in his left nostril. After their work they still try to charge me 60$ for. 7$ part. And a week later we see they covered a huge hole they left in our wall where water heater is. I felt I had no choice by to let them work we had no water n couldn't go another day. TerribleDesired Settlement: We ended up needing only a 100$ part and end r up paying 500$ for new heater n pulse still huge joke in wall n major water damage

THIS BUSNESS IS A BAIT AND SWITCH THEY DO A BAD JOB AND THEN WANT TO CHARGE YOU MORE TO FIX THE PROBLEM . THEY CAME TO FIX A GAS LEAK , AWHILE AFTER REPAIRMAN LEFT I CALLED AND SAID I STILL SMELL GAS , THE GUY ON THE PHONE RUDE ASKED HOW I PAID FOR SERVICE CALL I SAID 40.00 , BASICALLY HE SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR THE PRICE I PAID , I SAID WELL THE REPAIRMAN THOUGHT HE FIXED IT !!

ALL THEY DO IS GIVE A HALF ASSED JOB SO YOU CALL FOR AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR .
