To whom it may concerns , I am responding to the complaint made by Mr [redacted] about Outsiders Cycles, his compliant first has to do with the time it has taken ,when he dropped the bike off he told us he was moving to **for work and also did not feel safe leaving it where it was at, he said he would be gone one yearHe did after about months called to see how it was going and told us he still did not have a place to keepWe have been working on it at a slower pace do to it not having a rush when it came in, at this point work except for the paint , which is out sourced, is done I have talked to Mr [redacted] since he sent the complaint to you and he has informed me he will be here on [redacted] ** to pick it upThe resolution to this is to have it done, as far as us paying for his transport and trip to get the motorcycle , he would have had to spend that money no matter what the time frame was to complete it, so I',m not sure how he justifies us paying for the tripMr [redacted] has been a customer of the shop for over years Thank you [redacted] ***
I will be filing this in small claims court in the near futureThe defendant still has parts of my motorcycle, that he refuses to send to meMy old fender, hardware for installing it back on and air dam, my new fender and paint job on the new fender and my air damAll of this is mine and paid for
