We do have postings at our front door and at our parts counter with our hours , parts return policy, and equipment return policy which states , all equipment purchases are final unless manufacturer offers a return policyFor example Echo has a day return return policy Mr [redacted] continues to add to his story , we didn’t talk about trying the mower and returning it if he didn’t like itWe have of these mowers in our mow fleet , if it would have come up I would have offered to let him use one of those as a demo, I commonly do this with other mowers people are looking at that we sell and also use ourselves, that is one of the advantages of selling equipment and having a grounds maintenance company at the same locationThanks

I am responding to complaint ID ***, I am the person that sold the unit and spoke with Mr *** when he returned the unitI will follow up with additional information the week of 5/30/as we have also been in contact with Discover Card services on Mr requested refund for this mower
and repair of a blower that we had in our service departmentWe would like to resolve this dispute, but would like to get all information correct as we have conflicting storiesThanks

The Store Had no Return policy posted nor on any sales or service ticketThey created a response to each charge I have explained to you
