Dear Revdex.com, To update you on this matter from yesterday, [redacted] is not returning calls from [redacted] or [redacted] [redacted] in the [redacted] office of [redacted] has not heard from [redacted] and his caller id does not show any calls from her since she got the car back from the shop [redacted] called the shop in Georgia that replaced the transmission and they have not heard from her either I’m not sure how [redacted] can honor the warranty if the customer won’t call or return calls regarding repairs Have you heard from her? [redacted]  After picking up this vehicle from Transmission Experts, I noticed lights were still on which Transmission Experts were aware of (they said the lights had nothing to do with the transmission).  I was going to have another shop look at it however they were not able to look at until this coming Thursday.  I drove to the vehicle back to Columbus because I was afraid to drive it back to Michigan.  While driving the vehicle it started doing the same thing as before (driving like it is not in gear, slowing down, and when you press on the gas, it smells like something is burning).  I pulled the vehicle into a hotel in Columbus (Homewood Suites).  The Hotel is aware of the vehicle being parked there.  They have vehicle info, my name and cell number.  I spoke with Transmission Experts (Eddie) and stated that I would be bringing it back there.  He "stated just so you know, Fast Finance will have to pay for the repairs again”.   He also stated “this is what happens when you buy a used transmission”.  When I asked about the transmission before, he stated, “that Fast Finance was under no obligation to purchase a new transmission”.   I will probably not be able to get the vehicle back to Transmission Experts until this Wednesday because I don’t have transportation to get to the vehicle.
