Excellent service...worth it! So grateful and thankful that I never had to do a thing, other than follow their instruction It was so comforting to know I did not have to disconnect anything, or leave home to make the necessary repairs I give Fast Fix two (2) thumbs up!!!

When I became a customer back in October of 2014, I would have given this company a positive reviewI was completely satisfied & impressed with the service at that time! I paid $for a "one time fix", and $for the "Webroot" PC- (Endpoint PC Perpetual -Which is a lifetime license / in the event my PC would get a virus)I also inderstood it was to prevent harmful malware from entering my PC in the first placeBut now (months later) after fixing a couple of minor issues, they have my money, and have tied up "all" my time in....pointless phone calls-which no one answers, chat sessions, private email messages, and even on the main "Fast Fix123" site/ under "Contact Us"All with NO REPLY!! Now, that I have another issue that needs attention, I can't get through to anyoneThis has been going on for over a month now "Irate In Indiana"!

I am happy to say that fast fix 123, LLC is hands down the best PC and mac support system I have ever foundI had the pleasure to speak to a supervisor by they name of Wesley and I have to say it was such a pleasureHe and all the techs that have helped me were so wonderfulI had my pc totally repaired in a timely fashionthe company deserves a star rating even a my pc was so messed upnow it is factory perfectif you ever get their page come on your explorer, please call themit is so worth your timejust a great company and service [redacted] **

I give Fast Fix five stars does not matter they did not solve my problemThe problem turned out to be hardware, so there was no way they or anybody else could fix it remotelyBut they did everything possible, and when the problem came back, they did even more workUnfortunately, I had the same problem again, and they tried again! So they eliminated possibility of a virus, made a very good maintenance (which is always useful), but after the third attempt their manager Mr [redacted] suggested me to bring my machine to a local shop since this was hardware, and offered my MONEY BACK! I appreciate Fast Fix professionalism, their desire to help rather than just make money, and their professional honesty

I was referred to them by MacAfee which said they would install my newly purchased antiviral product for freeThe level tech I spoke to was congenial and polite but totally unable to help with my problemHe took my credit card information and repeatedly assured me that a Microsoft Certified level tech would contact me the following morningIt is now three days later and I have heard nothing from themI am now trying to get my money back but expect little help from them

Started with this on Monday I've spent hours on phone .Say their though still have problems , im so mad was told be fixed in hrs or take some where and wait at least a week, just saying im so upset with this dont know what to do .They have my computer and my money

I went through a request for help from *** and was *** to Fast Fix The tech indicated that I had a lot of "junk" on my computer and he could arrange to fix my specific issue and other issues that would speed up my computer After five hours of work, an installation of a new malware detector and about $bucks, I was left with the same problem and even slower laptop A few days later I received a call to evaluate the service provided I call the number supplied and it was a disconnected number Sorry Fast Fix 123, I really feel ripped off!!

Recently submitted paid request for service It took four phone calls on four different issues; however, on the last (and possibly final) call, my computer is running as well as it did when it was brand new The service is expensive but worth it

I recently had issues with my computer and found Fast Fix to be very professional and knowledgeable in solving my problemsThey promised a technician would access the problem within a 24-hour turnaround, and they followed through in a timely mannerMy experience from start to finish was a positive one; from the first phone call with the customer service agent to the licensed computer technician calling me after he did the work to inform me of what the issues were I was impressed with their level of professionalism

After having this service for quite a while and having had a wonderful experience I can say that something changed The phone now is never answered and text messages and e-mails go unanswered I have been trying to reach them for hours and there is no way to get through to them I pay for a service that is supposed to (and indeed used to) help with my computer needs The stacost was nearly $dollars and then the monthly fees are $ I am so mad that I want to discontinue the service immediately but they don't respond to any attempted request

These people are a SCAMThe main rep, ***, makes up random crap about the Event ViewerIt is a LIE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
