To whom it may concern, I am aware about this customerattached you will see a receipt of when he originally brought his watch in for a new movementas you can see it was done in April of I store policy is that movements are only warrantied for a yearHe then brings his watch in on October 27, out of warranty saying it stopped workinghe also brought in a different watch that day to have a regular battery donethe repair person then put the jobs in the wrong box and the [redacted] was never looked atthe customer came in on November 7th to pick up the watchesat this point I realized the watch was not worked on and apologize to the customer about it not being readyI then told the customer that it needs a new movement since it has taken so long I will expedite the part and it will be here by the 11ththe part came in on the 10th I did the repair my self and left it overnight to make sure the watch was keeping timeHe had mentioned that he called the store and someone hung up on himno such thing happened the employee that was here had put him on hold to find out info on the watch and he had hung up when my employee came back to the phoneHe then came in on the 13th of November and ripped the watch out of my employees hand and walked away with out saying a wordWe are not out of the money that he owes us for the partsince it was out of warranty, but he never even gave us the chance we are willing to take the cost of the part, and will not be refunding him for a repair that was done over a year ago.regards, [redacted] store manager

As Clearly stated in our first response, when Mr [redacted] brought in his [redacted] watch back in Oct-it had been almost a year and one half since we repaired the watch the first timeWe offer a year warranty on all our repairsWhen he came to pick up the watch he just grabbed the watch out of my employees hand and walked out of the storeWhy would we fix his watch for free after his warranty had expired over months agoHe feels we are required to fix his watch for the remainder of its life just because we fixed it once, 1/years agoIf you would review the documentation that we provided in the first response you would see that we owe him nothing At this point in time we owe him nothing and he owes us nothingI recommend that he take his watch somewhere else to get it repairedI don't want my employees to have to put up with the abuse that Mr [redacted] put them thru over the last monthsThis is my last response to this matterThank You[redacted]
