up and paid for minutes after you dropped it offWe told you the watch passed a pressure test to barsWe encourage customers to inspect the item on pick up and it is clearly noted on the Work Order2) When you got home that day the watch seemed not to be operating properlyYou posted a *** review to indicate the watch was not working as it should.3) We saw your *** the next day and proactively reached out to youSee attached email August In that email we indicated that if the battery change did not fix the issue it was probably due to the movementQuartz movements last to yearsAnd given the age of your watch would not be surprising if the watch needed a new movementWe even offered to do the quartz movement test and replace the movement if needed for free.4) Three weeks passed by and you did not return to the shop to take us up on our offer.5) 9/you updated your *** post and indicated that while wearing the watch you exposed it to water and the watch now is damagedAs mentioned above, when you left our shop on 8/the watch was pressure tested and all three crowns were screwed down and secured. One explanation for water getting in is that one of the three crowns was not fully securedWe repeat our original offer, at no cost to youWe will dry out the watch and replace the movementWe will also pressure test the watch againIf the watch fails the pressure test we will then water test the watch.Note we have given you a full refund on your original transaction.
