Submitted a claim through warranty company and the job was contracted through Fast Furniture. They canceled the first appointment, rescheduled and it was a no show on the second appointment. Rescheduled again for this coming Saturday and received a call today (Tuesday) that they no longer work for the warranty company. I called the warranty company who informed me that they are a contractor for them and that they would find me someone else. A waste of time and a very unreliable company.
